We were minutes from Old Back Nine Golf (super nice course and very affordable). „Everything about this house is great! You can literally walk anywhere or if you drive, its a 2-5 minute drive. Food trucks around the corner, pubs, coffee shops, gas stations, taco restaurants and this is JUST around the corner. Grocery store is literally a 2 minute drive and if you wanted Old Mill District, 5 minute drive. Maybe a half mile walk to Drake Park. The only downfall is there is only street parking. Out of the 4 nights I was there, I was only able to park in front of the house ...
