„I enjoyed the customer service by my host, Warren. He was so accommodating to my needs and questions. This was far better than a corporate chain of hotels. From the time I checked in to my last day, he had a great smile, the staff had impeccable service. He even made sure I had hot breakfast before my early safari tour! I would recommend this place to book whenever you are in Johannesburg, South Africa. I will be booking here again in the future! 😊“

„Sehr nettes Guest House - kein Hotel. In einer ruhigen Gegend mit Parkplätzen direkt in Innenhof. Die Zimmer/ Appartements sind groß und ausreichend für 3 Personen (bei 4 personen ist das Doppelstockbett vielleicht etwas klein. Küchennische ist vollausgetstattet. Bad zweckdienlich, könnte aber mal wieder renoviert werden; nicht schlimm allerdings. Wifi hat nach anfänglichen Problemen emebefalls tadellos funktioniert. Es gibt einen Tischkicker, Billard, Pool; alles sehr nett und herzlich ...

„We got a family room excellent for 5, 2 big beds and 2 single beds. Great value for money. We had a very good time in Alcazaba hotel. There is a great Nando's restaurany at 100m. Good facility for the car at the supermarket parking closed very near. The neighbourhood is not beautiful nor very quiet by night. Great breakfast !“
