Welcome to Villa Mimosa, your newly built luxury pool villa designed by Selected Residences for an unforgettable stay with family or friends.

Each bedroom features a private bathroom and Samsung Smart TV for ultimate comfort and privacy.

Experience a true sense of space and serenity with high ceiling and large glass windows, seamlessly connecting the outdoors with indoors: You can relax in the living room or your bedroom while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the pool.

Unwind in the comfy living room, which feels instantly like home. Enjoy movie nights on the large 75" Smart TV, enhanced by an enjoyable Samsung sound system. High-speed WiFi throughout the house allow you to stay connected.

The large, open-plan kitchen is well-organized, functional, and has everything you need to prepare fancy dinners or quick snacks. It features an XL fridge, an oven, a dishwasher, and top of the line Nespresso coffee machine.

All four spacious bedrooms feature king-sized beds, direct pool access, and private ensuite bathrooms. For ultimate privacy, each suite is soundproof, has its own smart TV, a powerful hair dryer, and can be locked with a key. We can also arrange two single beds per room upon request.

Your private 43.5m² outdoor pool is fully exposed to the sun all day and features a relaxing jacuzzi system. The pool has a gradual depth from 1.25m to 1.35m. For convenience, you'll find an outdoor shower and a separate toilet.

Your own laundry area provides plenty of storage, a washing machine/dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and a multi-level clothes-drying rack.

You'll find toothbrushes, pool towels, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, snacks, water, a yoga mat, and more upon arrival

*****Villa Cleaning*****
A full cleaning service is provided every 3 days by our professional team

*****Pool Cleaning*****
The pool is serviced three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) around 12:00 PM. Maintenance takes about 15 minutes.

*****Linens*****
Fresh towels and all necessary amenities are provided.

**Available on Request:**

*For Infants*:
A baby cot, high chair and Baby Bath can be arranged. Please let us know in advance.

* Bed Configuration*:
Rooms can be set up with two single beds instead of a king bed. Please inform us at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

* Extra Cleaning*:
If you require cleaning more frequently than every 3 days, this can be arranged for an additional charge.

***Electricity Fee**-
Electricity is not included in the rate and is charged at 7.50฿ per unit (kWh). The meter will be photographed upon your arrival and at checkout. The fee must be settled prior to your checkout.

***Security Deposit*-*:
A security deposit of 10,000 THB is required in cash upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided there are no damages to the villa.

***Check-In**:
Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM. If you require an earlier arrival, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The same applies to the Check-out, that is at 11am.

*Reduce the Noise after 22h00*
I'd like to remind you that it is not a hotel but an exclusively rare find in a private residential gated area, so loud noise after 10 pm is not welcome and might lead to complaints.
