Our TV channel list includes several English language news and entertainment channels. I apologize if the TV in your room was not tuned properly, and I am having this checked. Our hotel is located on the South East coast of Phuket Island, a more remote, less crowded part of the island with a local flair. Our popular shuttle bus service is offered free of charge to our guests to enjoy Naiharn Beach, one of Phuket's best beaches, and it stops in Rawai on the way to the beach and on the way back. The schedule is displayed in the lobby as well as in the guest room compendium. I am sorry if this information has not been shared with you. Like many areas in Phuket, walking near the road can be a bit uncomfortable due to the absence of walkways. Still, many guests enjoy a stroll in the surrounding area. In other reviews, guests have mentioned that minimarts, a few eateries, a currency exchange booth, a pharmacy, and a few massage parlors are within easy walking distance of the hotel. The water level on the beach is subject to high and low tide. Due to the slowly dropping seabed, the water recedes quite far in the Rawai area during low tide. During high tide especially, the views from our private beach are stunning and offer great photo opportunities. Our beach like any other beach on the East side of Phuket is indeed not the best beach for swimming. Pendant la marée haute en particulier, la vue depuis notre plage privée est magnifique. En raison de la nature des fonds marins, notre plage et toute autre plage du côté est de Phuket ne sont en effet pas les meilleures plages pour la baignade. Ces informations sont clairement et largement disponibles et la plupart de nos clients en sont conscients avant de réserver notre ou un autre hôtel de ce côté de Phuket. Notre service de navette populaire est offert gratuitement à nos clients pour profiter de la plage de Naiharn, l'une des plus belles plages de Phuket. La navette est soumise à disponibilité et nécessite une réservation à l'avance. En période de forte demande, nous ajoutons des navettes supplémentaires au service. Il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre un taxi pour se rendre sur l'une des plus belles plages de Phuket, sauf si les clients le souhaitent. L'hôtel dispose d’un systeme de traitement des eaux grises et la qualité de l'eau à la fin du processus répond aux exigences légales et est régulièrement contrôlée dans un laboratoire. I trust the issue caused of English Skill as the hotel office signed contract with private operator transportation company which provide private card (not car with meter) which included on full insurance. Public taxi meter run by private company as well which charge starting from left the station and plus guest distance.
