Ideal für einen Stadtspaziergang
Die Zimmer sind - wie in Italien üblich - leider sehr hellhörig. Das Badezimmer war nicht klein, aber die Dusche leider absolut. Mit etwas guten Willen eines Architekten wäre hier wesentlich mehr möglich gewesen.

Erholsame Oase in Ravennas Innenstadt
Zentrale Lage, nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber. Grosszügige, helle Lounge, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Fantastisch reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet (u.a. 13 Sorten Honig!)

The hotel is a lovely, old building with a renovated interior. It’s in a great location, close to everything one would need as a tourist. The only complaint is that no beds were the same in comfort level. Our friends had a bed that was plush compared to ours, which felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring! They did try to fix this by adding a mattress pad to it, making it marginally better. Staff was fantastic and easy to communicate with as they all spoke English well, and breakfast every morning was fantastic with plenty of options.

Terrible hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Firstly, the room was very cold and the air conditioning wasn’t working, but in the hotel amenities the air conditioning was listed. It was so cold, I couldn’t fall asleep the first night. We asked receptionist why the air conditioning isn’t working and he said that it is because city prohibits it’s use. However, when we went to eat breakfast the air conditioning was turned on everywhere in the breakfast area. So, it means the receptionist lied to us. Moreover, the room had a really bad smell of mold. If you have allergy from mold, be aware of this. Also, the room condition is very poor and needs renovation. This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. Cold, smelly, dusty, poor room and very staff at the reception. Avoid this hotel.

Stanza e bagno piccoli, ma puliti. Hanno tutto il necessario per pernottare anche due o tre notti. L'unica cosa che avrei cambiato è il minifrigo che era sicuramente un po' vecchiotto. Anche le pareti erano un po' sottili e si sentivano i rumori delle stanze accanto e soprattutto di chi passava dal corridoio. Per il resto direi, un'ottima soluzione per chi cerca una sistemazione economica ma vicinissima al centro e soprattutto fuori dalla ZTL!

Personale molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile per ogni nostra necessità. La camera era molto pulita e silenziosa. La struttura si trova al centro e quindi molto agevole per gli spostamenti a piedi, per cui molto comoda per visitare una bellissima città. Inoltre, colazione ottima ed abbondante.. struttura da consigliare

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nell'hotel Diana, La struttura è un po' antica ma tenuta molto bene.il personale della reception è gentile, e disponibile a dare informazioni. La colazione è abbondante e varia. Sicuramente un punto di forza dell'hotel. La location è comoda al centro a cui ci si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, a due passi dalla maggior parte dei siti di interesse turistico. La struttura non è nuovissima ma ben tenuta e pulita. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione ottima, abbondante e ricca. Non posso dare il massimo del gradimento perché non mi è stata data la stanza superior che avevo prenotato, in ogni caso la stanza che mi hanno messo a disposizione era ampia, comoda e pulita

Great hotel, great location, great staff
Great hotel--would definitely stay again! Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. Great sink area--room for multiple items that stayed put. The breakfast was amazing--I wish I had been able to take better advantage of it (slept through it one day, another day rushed to catch train). Fresh baked goods--oven right there baking them. Got excellent restaurant advice from staff. Local food specialties worth a visit alone. Hotel within walking distance of 7 UNESCO sites (8th via city bus). 6 of them within very easy walking distance of the hotel. Mosaics! Room nice and quiet. Comfortable bed. Chair in room hard plastic and noisy to move (also in breakfast area), but that is only quibble with the place. Ravenna well worth a visit and Hotel Diana was an excellent hotel to stay in while there.

Clean, friendly, and well located
A fine hotel in a good location. Great service and an excellent breakfast. Quiet and clean. Parking was four blocks away. Walk ten minutes to the Dante tomb and mosaic churches.

Lovely hotel very close to Piazza Popolo & the centre of Ravenna. The staff were soo helpful and friendly - to the extent of helping me out when I lost my bank card! Would recommend for short trips to the lovely city of Ravenna :)

It was in a quiet location a short walk from the train station. There were four adults in the room which was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very typically an Italian style with many sweet pastries and a few selections of savory items.

Easy and walkable to Ravenna historical sites, restaurants and train station. Transportation service from Hotel Diana direct to Cruise port. Makes for a very convenient location. Maybe the female desk clerk could smile more. But I know it would get somewhat annoying with travelers speaking no Italian. We all have good days and bad ones. I will recommend the Hotel Diana.

What an amazing hotel and staff! Owner was exceptionally helpful; went above and beyond to help us deal with a car rental issue, as very attentive, in sum, we were very well taken care of, like family. Cruise bus stops at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for an amazing experience.

Camera piccola, la finestra dava sul Dehor dove veniva fatta la colazione, bagno piccolo, soffocante. La maniglia non era funzionante.

La camera l'ha prenotata Lei, sul sito è segnato che le camere "Economy" sono le più piccole dell'Hotel... La finestra dava sul dehor dove si fanno le colazioni ma anche sul campanile della chiesa di San Giovanni Battista. Ha scritto "La maniglia non era funzionante"...ha per caso dormito fuori dalla stanza ?!

Personale sempre gentile. Sono in corso lavori di riorganizzazione della hall. Forse andrebbe ingrandita la sala colazione. Nel bagno in camera la sistemazione del wc direttamente contro la doccia impediva il poter usare i servizi in maniera comoda. La posizione è ideale per chi vuole visitare Ravenna senza lo stress eccessivo del parcheggio.
