Sehr schöne Anlage in traumhafter Lage! Personal war sehr nett und das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Mit dem Expedia Gold Status gab es kein Upgrade, Park Service ist für jeden kostenlos und top! Auto wird geparkt und geholen.

Sehr schöne Zeit an diesem Ort.
Der Service,teilweise in deutsch,war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Rezeption gab sich sehr kundenfreundlich und lösungsorientiert. Restaurantleistung und Service sind absolut zu empfehlen. Kommen gerne an diesen angenehmen Ort zurück.

Tolles Hotel in super Lage
Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in diesem tollen Hotel. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Die Aussicht von den Zimmern und der gesamten Anlage ist fantastisch. Der Service war super, das Essen im Restaurant lecker und die Rezeption kann einem alles organisieren (z.B. Shuttle zum Flughafen, Kajaks u.s.w.). Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel ist auch sehr praktisch.

wir haben in diesem hotel herrliche tage erlebt.die lage ist sensationell. der bus hält direkt vor dem hotel und für die bootstour nach capri wurden wir direkt beim hotel abgeholt, lemontour ist auch sehr informativ und beeindruckend. das essen ist einfach fein und mit viel hingabe , charme und professionell serviert. ein kleiner minuspunkt: wir hatten zimmer nr. 103 und ab und zu war ein wirklich ekliger geruch in der nähe unseres zimmers, ob vom abwasser oder sonstwoher, wir konnten es nicht herausfinden, haben es aber der reception gemeldet.sonst war wirklich alles super!!!! empfehlenswert!

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in bester Lage
Dieses Hotel war ein echter Volltreffer. Die Lage am Meer ist nicht zu überbieten. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und der Zimmerservice war in Ordnung. Das Bad verfügte sogar über einen Jacuzzi. Das Frühstücksbuffett war gerade für süditalienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Wir waren an vier Abenden beim Essen und können auch hier keinerlei Abstriche machen. Top Zubereitung, Spitzen-Service und hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einziges Manko ist die Tatsache, dass man - nachdem das Parken in allen Gegenden schwierig ist - selbst in die nächsgelegene Ortschaft Minori knapp 20 Minuten auf der Hauptstraße gehen muss. Je nach Verkehr nicht ganz ungefährlich. In der Nacht unbedingt eine Taschenlampe benutzen

Super hotel
Bei der Ankunft wurde der wagen geparkt und die Koffer auf das Zimmer getragen. Ich hatte ihm den ein tringgeld geben wollen, was er nur mit Überredung angenommen hat. Super Zimmer mit meeresblick, obwohl nur Innenhof gebucht war, supi. Zimmer Pikkobello sauber, super Ausstattung. Das personal sehr motiviert. Immer ein lächeln parat. Restaurant lecker. Frühstück war mehr als reichlich. Alles in allem bestens !!

We had ants/bugs in our apartment; our toilet wasnt working or the shower They fixed it eventually but no compensation reimbursement was offered. Also, we had to request a tour of the facility. Along, with that when they came to extinguish the ants they handed the bottle to us & left. Service was terrible

Right on the water, this hotel is a hidden gem. Located close to Amalfi and other tourist towns. Shuttle to ferry makes it easy to get around.

The ocean front property is beautiful in stature from the outside and the staff at front desk are quite attentive. The rooms are small and average. There are limited amenities. My room faced a noisy courtyard. The outdoor pool and access to the Mediterranean is lovely. The complimentary Buffet breakfast is well done. The restaurant on the property is nice, but over priced and service staff could be friendlier. The hotel offers a complementary shuttle a few times a day to either Minori or a Amalfi ports. Otherwise, they’re charge to pick you up, even if it’s only a mile or so is very expensive. I’ve never been in a hotel, where I checked in as a solo traveler, and they had a twin bed with one pillow, and one towel for the bathroom. I found that very unusual, and not in line with a supposed the four-star hotel. While the location is pretty, there are a lot of amazing properties closer to town that you may want to consider to avoid the high cost of transportation. I suspect they may be more updated and may have more amenities as well. Hopefully, they will consider my comments in this review. The hotel certainly has potential if it would become a little bit more customer, focused, and attentive to the needs of travelers and the limited transportation in this area of the Amalfi coast. More attention needs to be given to your room, amenities and more regular shuttle services. They may want to consider additional programming to offer more entertainment.

we confirm that you had a problem with the bathroom upon your arrival, but we immediately solved the problem so I don't understand why you were so harsh with us, I'm surprised that this little incident didn't make you appreciate the beauty of our hotel, the location in overlooking the sea, the private access to the sea, the swimming pool with hydromassage, the convenient parking, the excellent restaurant and the wonderful bar

Una propiedad hermosa .... todos en el desk fueron muy amables y atentos... Ivan en el area del bistro fue magnifico!!! Nuestra habitacion fue grande y muy comoda... super limpia con un balcon comodo ... la vista y en el lugar q se encuentra es muy hermoso ...aunque no queda a pasos de minori tienen un shuddle por un costo adicional q te lleva y recoge.... tiene buen desayuno y un restuarante que aunque no tuvimos el placer d usitilizar los reviews de otros son bueno...

Well located, extremely clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms could use updating, but very well kept. Overall the staff and service was great with the exception of one person who was rude upon calling for a shuttle when we missed the scheduled one, she did attempt to rectify prior to completing the call. Ivan from the bar and Guiese from the front deck were especially wonderful. Overall would stay here again, but room updates would be appreciated

While some staff were nice, several of them were unbelievably rude and just horrible. Our room was infested with bugs when we arrived because evidently a window was broken and wouldn’t close. We arrived late it was the first night of our honeymoon and when we called them they came and vacuumed and had a bunch of guys come to fix the window although it was super late at night and refused to move us to another room or compensate at all. They were incredibly rude and just expected us to be ok with the bugs. They totally ruined the first night of our honeymoon and they couldn’t have been more horrible about it

I would just like to add to your kind words, that the window was not broken but only open, and that having a staff ready to solve the problem even late at night I think is a source of pride. finally we did offer you to change room but you preferred to stay where you were stating that you would only change in the event of an upgrade (which was not available) clearly each of us is free to choose whether to spend the first wedding night complaining about having a couple of mosquitos in the room or enjoing the holiday

Posto stupendo
Posto stupendo con "spiaggia" privata a picco sul mare. Ottimo anche il ristorante. Da fer il giro in barca (compreso). Unica cosa a cui fare attenzione: quando arrivate andate subito alla "spiaggia" a mettervi in lista per dei lettini in buona posizione. Non vengono assegnati giornalmente ma per l'intero soggiorno e se arrivate all'ultimo minuto prendete posti arretrati.

This property was great. They provided transfers when I asked. At a reasonable cost. Awesome place for swimming if you want to have access to a beach that is not busy and not use a beach club in the city.

Loved our stay!
We loved our stay at the hotel. It is an absolutely unique property. While not a new hotel, the decor, material, etc adds to the charm. Staff was fantastic. They saved us from being stuck in the rain by sending their hotel van into very rainy and not so nice driving conditions on short notice to get us. Restaurant and food was very good. Great for families, even with older kids like I have. Thanks so much to the entire staff. We will be back!!!

The area is amazing, beautiful scenery and very close to the town of Minora. The rooms were okay. Clean, but underwhelming. But the service was excellent. The beach club staff were attentive, and the restaurant staff fabulous. Very friendly. The food was fantastic, my husband and I consider ourselves foodies, and thus did not disappoint. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Agree with other reviews. We stayed in the nearby apartments...while the walk along the busy road was a bit dicey it was in a great spot to access Minori which is a lovely small town and easy to pick up supplies. Waterfront/pool access was great given the beaches are pretty ordinary.
