Wonderful position just on the hill top the property offers one of the most amazing view of the whole Amalfi coast! 180° view starting from the gracious hamlet of Scala on one side, the square of Ravello and the terraces of vineyard lemon groves going down to the coast line and amazing sea view!

The most beautiful features of the House is the amazing private garden which is about 600 square meters! which include a shaded are equipped with table and chairs for la fresco meals, there are also sun lunges and garden sofas were to sit and enjoy the amazing views with the unique and quite atmosphere that only Amlafi Coast has. The garden also features an external shower.

The house is about 65 sq.m. the interior of the house is simple but very comfortable and with all the necessary services, entrance lead into the living area with sofas dining table and fireplace, the living room has a direct access to the private garden, a fully equipped kitchen with electric over, fridge and freezer, and table for 4.
one twin bedroom (bed can be joined), with direct access to the garden, master double bedroom with direct access to garden, one bathroom with shower and second bathroom only wc and basin.
The laundry area with washing machine can be accessed from the common courtyard at the entrance.

Access:
From the tiny square of Piazza Lacco, the nearest point reachable by car, you will walk up a pedestrian-only street that is essentially a sloping staircase of 33 shallow stone steps. It takes to the main entrance of the semi-detached building which gives access onto a shared internal courtyard.

Stay in this house car is not really necessary the SITA bus stop is about 700 meters from the apartment and it takes down to Amalfi and others Coastline destination

Within a short walk of the property, is the tiny Piazza Fontana which houses cafes, restaurants and a grocery - fruit shop for immediate provisions. Otherwise shops for every purpose, restaurants and pizzerias, post office, newsagent, grocery, wine and cheese shops, the Sita bus stop etc . are around Piazza Vescovado, the main square of Ravello.
The SITA buses connect Ravello to Amalfi and the other towns along the Amalfi Coast.
Amalfi and the beaches are just 5 km away (20 min.) Minori 8 Km, Positano 24 Km, Salerno 29 Km, Sorrento 39 Km
From Amalfi, boats and hydrofoils take to Positano, Sorrento, Capri and Salerno (only during the Summer season).
Airport: Naples (Capodichino) 65 Km, Rome ( Fiumicino) 320 Km.
Train station : Salerno 29 Km.
