Even though the house is on a busy street, traffic noise was not an issue. „Stay decent. Only room for 1 car to park on the property and you apparently can't park on the street except for Friday and Saturday otherwise you could get ticketed. We weren't told that until the next morning when it was too late. And only then were we told we could have parked in the driveway, just had to have to car moved by 8. Which would have been fine. No kitchen (but that's my fault for not seeing that). If you want to do laundry it's a 10 charge. Bring your own pillow if you can. It felt ...

If there were issues and requests, he attended to them right away. The only issues we had were minor: squeaky bed and toilet door in the master bedroom (the one with a view of the golf course) and the lack of lights in the dining room and family room.
