The Space:

Welcome to Wellington Retreat your elevated coastal escape in the heart of Ramsgate. Set on the third floor of the historic Wellington Crescent, this newly refurbished apartment combines modern comfort with sweeping sea and harbour views, offering a peaceful base for families, friends, or couples looking to enjoy a memorable coastal stay.



The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, with large windows drawing in natural light and giving you panoramic views across the coastline. Whether you’re enjoying slow breakfasts, unwinding after a day at the beach, or working remotely, this spacious lounge, dining, and fully equipped kitchen area makes it easy to feel at home.



The king master bedroom offers a calm and comfortable retreat, dressed with luxury linen for a restful night’s sleep.

The second bedroom features a cosy single bed, while the third room is perfectly suited for setting up a travel cot ideal for guests travelling with little ones.

A modern bathroom serves the apartment, complete with quality fittings and fluffy towels.



For larger groups or multigenerational families, there is the option to book the apartment directly below.

Together, the two properties offer additional bedrooms, another bathroom, and a second open-plan living space perfect for keeping everyone close while still enjoying your own privacy.



Being on the third floor gives you some of the best sea views on Wellington Crescent. Step to the window with your morning coffee and watch the boats drift across the harbour or the sun rise over the water. In the evenings, enjoy the quiet charm of the East Cliff, surrounded by grand period architecture and a rich

coastal history.



Wellington Crescent provides free parking after 6pm and before 9am, with further free options on nearby streets. Ramsgate Harbour and the town centre are just a few minutes’ walk away, giving you quick

access to cafés, restaurants, shops, and the vibrant marina. Broadstairs is an easy 20-minute clifftop walk, offering another stunning coastal town to explore.

Ramsgate’s East Cliff is steeped in history, home to picturesque listed buildings and once a retreat for aristocrats seeking an escape from London. The area played a key role in military planning over 200 years ago, with the Duke of Wellington himself holding war meetings on the West Cliff. Today, it remains a peaceful, character-filled part of the town ideal for a scenic and relaxing break.

We’re a small, independent holiday let company based in Ramsgate and Broadstairs, offering a friendly, personal service across a range of properties from 1–5 bedrooms.

Whether you’re visiting for a seaside break, a family holiday, a corporate stay or a longer visit, we have options to suit different needs and budgets. We offer discounts on stays of 4 nights or more.

For larger groups or stays of more than 14 nights, please get in touch directly and we’ll be happy to discuss the best options. Corporate stays start from just £45 per person, per night.



Guest Access:

Check-in details:

Check in information will be provided by email 3 days before your arrival date. Please keep an eye out for this email and if for any reason you don't receive it please let us know.

Standard check in time is 3pm, if you would like to check in early we advise you to message us around 1-2 days before arrival and we can confirm the earliest check in time available.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a residential street overlooking the sea and within a short walk of shops and restaurants



Getting Around:

The property is on the 'loop' bus route

Please treat your property with the same respect you would your own home. If you have any queries or something isn’t quite right, please contact us.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be available throughout your stay to answer any queries, please message us on Airbnb. Once you are checked in you will be provided with our out of hours phone line in case you need anything.



Checkout:

Standard checkout time is 10am, if you would like to checkout late we will do all we can to accommodate this, but in the busy season this is not always possible. We advise to contact us once you have checked in about the availability of a late checkout.
