Spencer Square is home to some beautiful planting, three tennis courts and a lovely Cafe.

The house had three large king-size bedrooms, one which is ensuite. The main bathroom has a freestanding bath with huge walk-in shower. There is also a separate WC, (so 2 showers, 1 bath and 3 loo`s in total) and no shortage of entertaining spaces.
On the upper ground floor there is a lounge and a further seating area, which doubles up as a sofa bed. On the lower ground floor you will find the timber panelled kitchen, dining room and snug, with access to a small rear courtyard.

The house has several dedicated workspaces and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, juicer and a washer/dryer - perfect for longer stays.

All beds have a super comfy Mattress, Egyptian cotton bedding, luxury fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.

On street parking is free on Spencer Square and the surrounding area. There is a small supermarket just around the corner, an amazing bakery plus many more independent shops. Waitrose 10 minutes walk away

Please note Spencer house is located on a Residential Square, so we ask that your respect our neighbours. The house is not suitable for parties.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome, but please no more than two. Please keep dogs off the furniture and out the bedrooms and do not leave in the house unattended.
