âThis place was the only bad experience in an otherwise wonderful trip. Hotel does not have adequate staffing which led to most of the following issues:
- it took 1 hour for them to check us in. People before me had been standing for more than 2 hours waiting for staff to prepare the rooms even though previous batch had checked out 3 hours before
- No wifi in rooms, only available at reception with 200mb limit per person.
- Landline was not working in room and they asked us to come to reception ...

The redort itself was set up really right in between beautiful jungle-like garden (see photos) the restaurant fine although service could have been bit quicker.
