Der Empfang war freundlich und kompetent. Ein früherer check-in bzw. Bezug der Zimmer wurde möglich gemacht. Die Zimmer sind sauber, hell und mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem, die Zimmertür öffnet sich mit Code. Das Bad ist mit einer sehr großen Dusche ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist modern und liegt sehr gut. Fast alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Comfort and service applies
The B&B is well located not far from the main train station and government offices and theatres. A short walk to the Medina. There are also many eating possibilities nearby. The service at the hotel is good and the breakfast buffet has a good choice. The building is new and the design and facilities and of international standard. Pity an amateur painter was let lose to do some touch up work.

Klimaanlage ist nicht funktioniert.
Zimmer ist so heisst und Klimaanlage ist nicht funktioniert die ganze 5 nächste total unwohl geschlafen weil zu warm ist, obwohl man Reklamiert hat, trotzdem reagiert nicht, wir sind sehr enttäuscht . sehr central und sauber, gute Früschtuck und nette personal.

Nice hotel.
Great location. I was only there a couple nights, but I was able to walk to several museums and the beach in the same day. The room was nice and comfortable. The service was great.

Expedia once again lies about the property or it is the property who embellished its property. Either way no business center no laundry no spa no in room massage poor breakfast loud area noisy streets small elevator and body towels that are like sand paper. Post honest and accurate descriptions to your supposed guests. I am thankful from past experiences to NEVER book more than one day. Thanks Expedia for the lesson learned.

December 23 stay
Admittedly I did not read the description of the hotel in great detail before booking to réalise that this is a 3 star accommodation. The check in process was terrible as we had to wait 30 minutes for the one guy working at reception to attend to us. The rooms are small and cramped The pillows barely had any filling in them, it was almost as if you were sleeping on the ground. After an uncomfortable night of sleep we were met with pounding in the room above us, the sound of drills and hammers at 9am with no consideration for guests sleeping. In a decade of travelling to Morocco this was easily the worst accomodation I have ever stayed at. Read carefully before booking

Location is good to get around the city; however, it’s too noisy due to the proximity to the road. Also, really couldn’t sleep in because of noise inside the hotel from some kind of work happening inside or whatever at 9:am in the morning. I also didn’t like the fact that I had to go to reception every time to ask for housekeeping; when it should be done daily. Another not so great thing is that the towels provided were smelly, so I had to use my own towel that I had brought just in case. Overall, it’s an average hotel!

The hotel is well located right in the center, close to everything you would need. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was oke, it could be better. The room is cleaned well, but the hygiene in the shower room is very poor! First of all, the bathroom door won't even close properly from inside. The solution they came with is to install a lock outside the door. This way you can only lock the door from outside the bathroom, which is very inconvenient. There is also no place in the shower where you can put a towel, clothes or belongings needed. Worst thing is that the shower walls are covered with black mold.
