"Tirando o colchao que tornou a nossa noite mais desconfortável, a estadia foi boa. O pessoal super simpatico e prestavel e o hotel bastante limpo. Pequeno almoco com variedade e fresco. As almofadas sao baixas, infelizmente so dei conta depois de ja estar na cama, o que nao sei se o hotel disponibiliza mais almofadas."

"Das Hotel ist schön angelegt, weitläufig und ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich, jedoch unterbesetzt und heillos überfordert. (Uns wurde gesagt, dass es schwer sei Personal zu finden, da das Hotel sehr abgeschieden liegt) Es sind viele Familien mit Kindern da, die wie wir leider nicht die auf der Homepage versprochenen Installationen nutzen konnten. Es zieht ein kräftiger und kalter Wind durch die gesamte Anlage. Bei Ankunft stellte sich raus, dass die Außenpools entgegen der offiziellen Angaben nicht geheizt sind und der Innenpool nur für Erwachsene geöffnet ist. Das Meer ist kalt und hat am Hotelstrand gefährliche Strömungen, sodass wir keine Möglichkeiten hatten schwimmen zu gehen. Der Kids Club und die Pool Bar werden gerade erst gebaut und Baulärm schallt an den Pool und den Spielplatz. Dazu kommen Kleinigkeiten, wie dass die Duschen am Pool nicht funktionieren. Es kaum Mülleimer auf der Anlage gibt. Die Zimmer nur Teilgereinigt wurden und an manchen Tagen auch erst um 18:00 Abends. Am Frühstück gibt es 2 Nespressomaschinen von denen eine keine Milch gezogen hat, sodass lange Schlangen am Kaffe entstehen. Zudem fordert das Hotel einen an verschieden Stellen zu ,,green choices” auf und nutzt dann aber Kaffe Kapseln… Die Orte in der Umgebung sind wunderschön und es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe."

"We really enjoyed our stay. for us it was the perfect accomodation, for every weather you will have a possibility (indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, indoor fitness room, outdoor chill area. It's central but at the same time very quiet in the hotel. The breakfast gives you nice selection to start the day. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. to get around you will have a bus stop immediately in front of the hotel or other stops just a few minutes to walk. if you rent a car you will have some possibilities for public parking (round about 5min walk distance, but often occupied), or outdoor parking for a fee in front of the hotel or immediately at the hotel two parking garages against a fee but you will probably find parking spot without any issues. The only thing that was a bit inconvinient was (and i dont know if that is the case in every room or maybe just ours): we were not able to change AC/ Fan/ Room temperature with the touchscreen, every option was locked. so every time it got to warm or too cold we needed to bother the staff of front desk that they would chance the settings via central system. They did it each time without any issues, but I think for both sides it is just an inconvinence. Also don't know if it even could be changed or linked to a central system that in general could only be changed by front desk. But everything else was just perfect. If we visit Braga again, this is our first choice."
