Check-in: After 4:00 PM



Check-out: Before 10:00 AM



For your convenience, the side entrance will be left unlocked upon your arrival. The front entrance also has a keypad for easy access.



Detailed check-in instructions, including the front door access code and Wi-Fi information, will be provided in your booking confirmation.



Free parking is available on the private driveway for multiple vehicles.



Please ensure doors are secured whenever you leave the property.

Our home is located in a peaceful residential community. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10:00 PM.



Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.



Parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted without prior approval.



Pets may be accommodated with advance approval. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.



Fresh bed linens, bath towels, kitchen essentials, and basic household supplies are provided. Guests are encouraged to bring personal toiletries, groceries, beverages, and beach towels for outdoor excursions.



During warmer months, guests may occasionally encounter mosquitoes, insects, spiders, squirrels, birds, or other small wildlife around the property. This is a normal part of Ontario's natural environment. We recommend bringing insect repellent and keeping doors and windows closed when not in use.



Sandbanks Provincial Park can be very popular during the summer. We recommend checking park admission and reservation requirements in advance.



Please report any maintenance concerns or accidental damage promptly so we can assist you.



For checkout, kindly place garbage in the designated outdoor bins, load used dishes into the dishwasher, turn off lights and appliances, and leave used towels in the bathrooms. Our cleaning team will take care of the remaining cleaning.
