* Damage Waiver: As part of your check-in, you'll be asked to choose one of our two damage waiver options. This is a required step for all reservations and helps protect both our guests and the home during your stay.

* Guest Verification: Upload a government-issued photo ID, provide a few basic details, and let us know your estimated arrival time—similar to a hotel check-in.

* Rental Agreement: Please take a moment to review and sign our rental agreement. It outlines the house rules and important stay information to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Once these steps are complete, your door access code will be ready, and you'll be all set to enjoy your stay!

- If you’re planning to enjoy the kayaks or canoes during your stay, adult-sized life jackets are available for guest use. 😊 For little ones, we kindly ask parents/guardians to bring properly fitted children’s life jackets to ensure everyone stays safe and comfortable on the water.

- Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit during their stay! If you’d like to use it, we kindly ask guests to bring their own firewood and bring everything you'll need to start and maintain the fire, including kindling, fire starters, and matches or a lighter. These items are not provided, so we recommend purchasing them from nearby grocery stores or gas stations. Thanks!.

Our cottage is surrounded by beautiful trees and nature, making it a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Because of the natural setting, you may occasionally notice insects, spiders, cobwebs, pollen, leaves, or other signs of the outdoors—especially around the screened veranda, sauna, and exterior areas.

While our team professionally cleans the home before every stay, nature can return quickly, particularly during the warmer months. To help keep the indoors comfortable, we kindly ask guests to keep windows and exterior doors closed when not in use. Thank you for helping us preserve a cozy indoor environment while you enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature.


📌Please note that this home is a new build. The garage is not heated and the backyard deck is not yet completed. The interior of the home is fully finished and ready for your stay!
