„The Osprey Perch house was perfect. Right in the middle of town and an easy walk down to the ocean. Seabrook is a charming town with trails all around. A great place to relax.“

„The house was wonderful - clean, great location, dog friendly, and walkable to the beach. However, when we arrived there was absolutely no toilet paper and no bath towels. I requested them three different ways - two different phone numbers and via text - and was assured we'd received them. We didn't receive them during our stay. This was a major disappointment as everything else about the stay was stellar.“

„The room was clean and the space was comfortable. Our only complaint was that the entry door is glass and the light outside shone through. It would be better if either the light could be turned off, the door would be solid, or a black out screen could be installed over the glass.“

„Great stay. Plenty of room and supplies. Very clean and enjoyed hot tub. Beach access is either a steep walk down or lots of stairs which was hard for someone in our party that has knee/hip issues so we did drive to beach access so she could also enjoy the beach. Would highly recommend.“
