The Space

A four-bedroom home in peaceful Fernhill, just above central Queenstown. A quiet place to relax after a busy day exploring.

Bedrooms: Four bedrooms. Each room has a fixed configuration.

Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms. All with standing showers.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump. Smart TV and deck access

Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric glass cooktop, oven, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave.

Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and deck.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire residence, including the landscaped gardens and outdoor seating areas. While off-street parking is available, please note that it is limited to one vehicle. For larger groups, alternative parking arrangements may be necessary.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Location: The property sits on a hill

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

Maximum of 8 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
