Guest Access:

We operate a self check in, using smart locks that give access from 3pm. Check out is 1000 on check out day. We do require a refundable deposit of $450 with ID check. All online.

The villa is conveniently positioned between Queenstown and Frankton, providing easy access to Queenstown Airport, Five Mile Shopping Centre, central Queenstown and the region’s ski fields, including The Remarkables and Coronet Peak.



Getting Around:

Right on the lakeside walking track, bus stop just a few meters away.

Please note: Lakehouse 62 is a brand-new property currently nearing completion, and some construction is still underway for other villas in the same complex, so guests may experience construction noise during their stay. .
