Mountain View Corner Suite

Set on the corner of the complex, this light-filled one-bedroom suite wraps floor-to-ceiling glass across its whole frontage, framing lake and mountain views from every angle.



The Space

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area sits behind full-height glazing, with the bedroom opening onto its own outdoor seating area.



This is our most accessible suite at Villa del Lago: alongside the stairs from the top car park, a ramp provides step-free access from the lower car park, and the bathroom is fitted with handrails and a walk-in shower suited to guests with limited mobility. Please note that, due to door and hallway widths, this suite is not wheelchair accessible.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, oven, pull-out extractor fan, dishwasher and, microwave.

External: Patio with table and chairs.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the whole suite — kitchen, living and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and patio — plus free, uncovered parking in the top car park (not allocated).



The Neighbourhood

Villa Del Lago is set on the lakeside of Frankton Road — a small, private complex with magnificent lake and mountain views, situated right above Lake Wakatipu.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: None

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power.

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on



Frankton Track is undergoing works till 2027 Q2.

Some units in the Villa del Lago complex is undergoing new fireplace installations until 2027 Q2.



Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.

Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



Interaction with Guests

This suite has self check in, and your arrival instructions will be emailed to you 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception on site.
