Alpine Lakefront Villa, 2 Bath, Queenstown

Set in a peaceful lakefront location, this villa boasts unbeatable lake and mountain views from every room. Set across three levels for privacy, the villa is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry, a living and dining area, two balconies, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The top floor holds the third bedroom, the middle level the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, and the lower level both remaining bedrooms and both bathrooms.



The Space

A three-bedroom villa within the Villa Del Lago complex on Frankton Road.

Bedrooms: 3, two with full views of the lake & mountains.

Bathrooms: 2 - main bathroom: bath with overhead shower; ensuite: standing/walk in shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living and dining area.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, microwave, gas cooktop, extractor fan, dishwasher and, toaster.

Balcony: 3 - one off the living & dining area and remaining two in each of the downstairs bedrooms.



Standard configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 King bed

Bedroom 2: 1 King bed (or 2 Single beds)

Bedroom 3: 1 King bed (or 2 Single beds)

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the whole villa — kitchen, living and dining area, all three bedrooms, both bathrooms and both balconies — plus free, uncovered parking in the lower (lakefront) car park (not allocated).



The Neighbourhood

Villa Del Lago is set on the lakeside of Frankton Road — a small, private complex with magnificent lake and mountain views, situated right above the Queenstown Trail.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Access is from the lower (lakefront) car park, then via external and internal stairs. This villa is not wheelchair accessible.

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Fireplace in this suite is not currently operational.



Frankton Track is undergoing works till 2027 Q2.

Some units in the Villa del Lago complex is undergoing new fireplace installations until 2027 Q2.



Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.

Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



Interaction with Guests

This villa has self check in, and your arrival instructions will be emailed to you 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception on site.
