„This is a welcoming and comfy place to come for a visit to the races or just to hang out in Saratoga Springs. We took an uber to the track (1.5 mile) and the walked home. Perfect location. We spent a day at the battlefield and touring the town. Ryan's place was the place to kick back and relax and enjoy. The bed is AMAZING and other littl touches make it our new favorite place to stay!“

„It was well maintained, clean and as described. My biggest issue that I did not bring upTo the property manager was the noise. It sounded like the people in the apartment above us were stomping and jumping up and down alllllll night long even with my white noise machine. Also the outside traffic was a bit noisy. Other than that it was nice. “

„Location, location, location ! This place has a perfect location we parked our car on Wednesday and didn’t move it until we left. The place is nicely appointed and the host was responsive and friendly. Place is perfect for 2 people. The listing says it sleeps 4 but the bathroom in “en-suite “, and the bedroom door doesn’t close because the bed is too large for the small room. So it really doesn’t accommodate 2 couples. “

„We had a fabulous time over the high action Belmont race weekend. There were 8 old friends (4 couples) and it was a great stay.
