Die Lage des Hotels war super. Man kann die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir haben das Frühstück genossen und die Tipps zum Essen und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr hilfreich.

Tolles kleines Hotel. Sehr nette Eigentümer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit vielen Wahlmöglichkeiten wird jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Straße mit vielen Gasthäuser, Cafés, Bars... einfach perfekt

Klare Empfehlung!
Zentral gelegenes hübsches Hotel, eher im Stil einer Herberge mit circa zwölf Zimmern auf mehreren Etagen, verwinkelt gebaut. Alle Zimmer mit leiser Klimaanlage. Etwas laut an der Rue St. Jean. Kleine hübsche Dachterrasse. Frühstück sehr familiär und angenehm, es werden frische Gerichte zubereitet. Die Herbergsleute sind sehr freundlich und geben viele nützliche Tipps. Lauf -weite ins Stadtzentrum circa 10 Minuten. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr von 14 $ In circa 5 Minuten Entfernung in einer Tiefgarage. Wir hatten das Studio gebucht im obersten Stockwerk Zimmer neun, das sehr geräumig waren mit insgesamt einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Kleine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, kein Herd. Kühlschrank vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Sehr sauberes Bad mit Dusche. Pro Nacht haben wir circa 220 € bezahlt als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Meiner Ansicht nach klare Empfehlung!

Gute Adresse für einen Stadtbesuch
Bei Ankunft mussten wir erstmal den Eingang suchen. Es ist nur eine Tür. Dann eine Treppe und ich dachte, oh wo bin ich hier gelandet. Aber dann: Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir hatten ein Studio mit kleiner Küche und tollem Bad. Perfekt!

Nothing, they do not pick up the phone when I called many times and they do not even return the call as I was not able to find the room because there are two stairs. One that lead to rooms 1 to 7 and another one from another door that lead to rooms 9 and 10. I was confused and did not know that and I was calling them but no response after more than 10 calls. Good place to stay, there is no reception but the staff is very responsive with requests. They provide Nespresso coffee and milk in the fridge. There is everything in the kitchen for you to have your meals. Very well organised We had room 1 and it was a double room very clean but there was some drain sewer odour coming back with were very unpleasant. Also it is quite noisy between the rooms and we can hear everything about the other guests in other rooms This is why I cannot put 5 stars to the experience

Une bonne adresse à Quebec
Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits au Chateau des Tourelles. Le logement est tel que sur les photos, la literie est de bonne qualité, le quartier esg calme et a proximité du centre de Quebec. Même si la reception est virtuelle, elle est disponible par message ou par téléphone et répond rapidement. Une excellente adresse à retenir.

A beautifully restored quriky old building on a street full of shops, beer bars, and restaurants. An easy walk to the Old Town, the Plains of Abraham and the St Roch neighborhood. We had a great view from our balcony and the rooftop deck. No staff on premises but they are very responsive and friendly by phone. A few minor issues: there are only two comfortable chairs in the whole place (in the common area). The lamps by the bed are not good for reading. Beds are comfy except for heavyweight comforters in the summer. Overall, a very pleasant place but they could make the common area (and the rooms) a lot more comfortable and inviting with the addition of a couch and a few more upholstered chairs.

However, our team is always available to help by text and phone and can be present in minutes when needed. We always make sure to clean behind and under our furniture and apologize if it was not done. This will be escalated to our housekeeping manager to ensure the cleaning is done properly. The staff is VERY friendly and did everything to facilitate. However, this is more like back packer place. The parking is available at a distance. No restaurant (though there are plenty in the area). Room size is small. The most inconvenient part for me was you could hear all the noise if someone is walking in his/her room in the floor above you.

Like the location and rooftop view. Walkable to everything. Would be nice if there was an elevator- steep staircase with suitcases is rough. Our room was very tight- door hits bed getting in/out of the room. The bed was not a queen size- was a maybe a full size- very small for my 6’, 275lb husband and myself. The floor of our room has a 25degree slant whixh I. Turn made the bed slant- felt like we were sliding off the tiny bed! The toilet was very tight space-need to sit nearly sideways! The shower was a good size & had great water pressure, although it smelled of constant sewer gas when water was not running. The common areas and kitchen were nice and clean. Parking in the garage was nearby, but be aware that it is Very crowded and very tight to get in/out. The communication with the booking staff is excellent, very responsive.
