Vor Ort verlief hauptsächlich über WhatsApp. Hernique, unser Ansprechpartner, hat immee super schnell geantwortet, weitergeholfen und war auch im Notfall (wir haben uns ausgesperrt und die Schlüssel steckten) sofort telefonisch erreichbar und hat das Problem schnell gelöst. „Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Der Gastgeber war super nett und hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft, besonders in der Villa-Umgebung, die eine entspannte Atmosphäre bietet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, was für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgte. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!“

„Für den Preis und die Lage ist es leider vollkommen unangemessen, dass das Haus keine Klimanalage hat. Habe ich leider beim buchen übersehen und wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Die Vermittlerin hat zwar noch versucht win mobiles Gerät zu organisieren, was sehr nett war, aber nicht ausreichend. Ohne Klimatisierung kann ich das Haus leider für den Preis absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.“

The pool pump not working, scummy water in the pool, flies/fleas in every room, snails on toilet seats, live exposed wires on the fuseboard and lights. Very, very unhelpful property management company, no morals whatsover and happy to leave us staying at an unsuitable villa and refused a refund despite all of these issues and more! “

The Residences Vilamoura

"Obwohl Kommunikation wir sehr gut gefunden haben, hatten keine Lösung bei einer lauten Klimaanlage, die wir mehrmals reklamiert haben. die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön, leider nicht ganz sauber geputzt. Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig. Der Service von Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Auswahlmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück sind nicht genug."

"This is our second stay in Laguna, and we love it so much, we’ve already booked for next year . The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and we love the terrace with the view over the gold course. We stayed for two weeks and used the washing machine/dryer which is very efficient. The location is excellent and as we always have a rental car we have taken advantage of visiting all the beautiful places nearby."

"Zimmer waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen, im Zimmer war es ständig kalt trotz Heizung danach wurde die Luft sehr unangehem. Man hätte für ein 5 Stern viel mehr erwarten können, die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, niemand hat auch in der Nacht Rücksicht genommen"
