Also there is no fence at the back so possible for anyone to access the garden and pool. One of the sun beds was broken and luckily it was found before anyone used it otherwise someone would have been injured. Villa is looking worn and tired, water stains in the toilets, yellowing in the fridge, what looks to be bedroom drawer units in the kitchen. no path to access villa from parking area which means that when the sprinklers go off you are always walking through wet grass to get to the villa.
