„Overall we enjoyed our stay in this modern and clean townhouse but would advise guests that as of fall 2023 there is no view from this unit and there is construction directly outside where the patio and BBQ area. We kept our blinds closed for the duration of our stay. The beach access is a bit tricky as well. „The house is clean and the pictures give a true represenation of the situation. Although a washing machine/dryer is mentionend in the description there is a extra charge of 10$ for it. Cameron Lake and Mac Millan Prov. Park are indeed only a few kilometres away (maybe if you walk), but the house is in a gated community and you need in fact 35 km to Cameron lake by car. „The house is designed perfectly for a small family reunion. We celebrated a 90th birthday and it was brilliant. We had dinner parties for 20, using the ample and well-appointed kitchen. It was easy to be all together in the great room, or spread out slightly for smaller conversations on the huge deck or in adjoining tv room.“

„Eva and Rob’s place was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had a very warm welcome and were even greeted with a gift basket and toys for our dogs! The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfy and the view was gorgeous. Our pups loved the nearby trails too. My friends and I will be coming back in the future. „We truly can't say enough positives about our stay! If we could give more than 5*'s, we would! The property manager, Donna, was fantastic to communicate with. The condo is beautifully decorated and they have thought of absolutely everything! Sitting out on the balcony overlooking the golf course with the ocean in the background was so peaceful. Super quiet! We will definitely be booking this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Qualicum.“

„The inside of the house has been completely updated and is very nice. The front deck gets the morning sun and the back deck afternoon sun so it is perfect for enjoying the decks. „My friend (with infant) and I came to the island to visit and soak up some nature. Our stay in Buckley Bay provided beautiful views of the bay, with frequent visits from the seals and otters. The location, while a little ways outside of the main centres, was only a short drive to get to a cafe, nature walks, and restaurants. The house feels very spacious with large bedrooms and ample sitting space to cozy up with a cup of tea or good book.“
