The views from the beautiful garden are absolutely stunning, and we much enjoyed our breakfasts in the sunshine outside. „Wir haben knapp 2 wundervolle Wochen in dem tollen Haus verbracht und uns sehr gut erholen können. Die Umgebung ist sehr hübsch, Ausflugsziele sind in wenigen Auto-Minuten gelegen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus selber ist gut ausgestattet, bietet viel Platz und hat mit dem Pool ein attraktives Ausstattungsmerkmal, unsere Kinder waren täglich mehrmals dort zu finden. Die Aussicht auf Pontecuti ist malerisch. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens ...

„Wir haben Rom und Pisa besucht, sehr schön! 2h von diesen stand Ort (Todi), gibt es eine Strandpromenade, die es wert ist besucht zu werden. Es gib aber auch freibäder in der näheren Umgebung und auch leckeres Essen.“

„Long time ago we found this feeling good place - I call it ‚a diva‘ - hidden in a beautiful property. The atmosphere is unique. The trees, the space, the view, the aesthetic pool, the peaceful days, the daily easy going kiss your heart. Couldn‘t be better. The family restaurants are cooking the best Italian cuisine you can dream from. Your host is wonderful. Plus his two softly dogs too. I truly recommend SantaMaria. But be sure - it is hard to say goodbye after a while.“

„Bellissima casa in pietra sul fianco della collina, appena sotto il pittoresco paese di Civitella del Lago. Il posto è estremamente tranquillo (e non potrebbe essere altrimenti, visto che per raggiungere la casa bisogna percorrere 5 minuti di strada bianca!), ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo al paese, dove si trova tutto il necessario (alimentari, farmacia, poste, bar, ristoranti). La casa è circondata da un uliveto, ci sono fichi, altri alberi da frutto e lavanda (tantissima!), rosmarino, ...

„Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ist jedoch sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über 2 schöne Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 kleine Küche und den Wohnraum. Der Pool liegt ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und absolut zuverlässig.“

Po pierwsze świetni właściciele, od samego początku pomocni, po drugie jeszcze lepsza lokalna opieka od sąsiadki Cristiny (nie ważne, że nie mówi słowa w innym języku niż włoski, jest prawdziwa, niezawodna i zawsze pomocna), po trzecie sama willa, jej wielkość, wyposażenie (ma dosłownie wszystko i jeszcze kilka rzeczy, które można ocenić jako fajnie by było mieć jak np maszyna do chleba czy popcornu), masa ...
