The white pearl is a gem situated on the hillside of Navarino Bay, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. our three-level villa is designed with an open floor plan and furnished in an eclectic minimalist style, providing a spacious and comfortable living space for our guests to enjoy.

Entering the villa, you'll be greeted by a stunning open space that houses a fully equipped kitchen next to a dining area seating 10, and a sitting area with sweeping views of the bay. the ground floor also includes one of three bathrooms.

You'll find three bedrooms on the upper level, each offering it's unique style. the primary bedroom features a large bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a 2x2 bed. it also includes a glass balcony that offers uninterrupted views of the bay. the other two bedrooms offer either a garden or sea view with 2x2 beds in both that can be separated.

The lower level holds the fourth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden and pool area. this level also includes laundry facilities and a 2-car garage with plenty of storage opportunities.

the outside area of the white pearl is jus as impressive as the inside. here, you'll find an infinity pool, a terrace with a BBQ area, a childrens playground nestled behins the pool, and a spacious veranda for sunbathing and reading. the garden provides a lovely backdrop to the pool area.
