1. They don't have a check in time posted until you've paid for the hotel.
2. I agree I booked the hotel at night but normally there's always someone in reception to answer phone or messages. I found out check in time was going to be at 5 pm and I was going to get there at 9am latest since I was traveling at night. I messaged the hotel did not get a response.
3. I called them in the morning at 7am to see if I can check in early at the same time I find out I have an extra room reservation that I sure didn't make (my expidia app did glitch during the payment and shut off maybe that can be a reason who knows) the person answered the phone and said call back when manager is back.
4. By the time managers comes you can't too late to cancel the reservation. (I bet the rooms were not even ready by then) but still they can't cancel it
5. I asked for any other options? Nothing. A good hospitality would be to at least partial refund or maybe an extra stay on one room and cancel the other they didn't even try.
it's convenient for them to say wait for manager to make any adjustment and when the managers there it's tool late to make any adjustment. I guess that's just a money grab play book they play and call it a policy
