It really is a beautiful place with a nice view. Very quiet and peaceful, it was a nice location to get away from the city. Only 4 minutes from Rock River, so that was a nice bonus. „I absolutely loved my stay at the Red Cottage and it is my favorite place that I've stayed while visiting Wilmington. Peaceful, plenty roomy, less than 10 minutes to town and even closer to the lake. I have Celiac so have to bring items like a toaster to avoid cross-contamination but the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The team was super responsive even before my stay. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit! “

„The property was lovely, peaceful, and quiet, surrounded by trees on a quiet country drive. It was the perfect weekend getaway and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch and out under the string lights, watching the sun go down through the trees. The house itself is lovely, cozy, and comfortable. Our hosts were very sweet, everything was very thoughtfully laid out and clean and easy to access.
