Am Pool trifft man eher auf wenig gut gelauntes Personal. Die Poolanlage an sich ist grandios. Leider am Wochenende sehr viele Gäste, die im Pool stehen und Mengen an Alkohol trinken (und verschütten). Das Fitnesscenter ist das beste, was ich je in einem Hotel gesehen habe.“

„We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to downtown Punta Gorda in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house on the inside was exceptionally clean and had many great amenities (towels, well stocked kitchen, large flat screen TVs, etc.) There were a few mis-steps. The heated pool was not heated. Shortly before our check in, I was told that if we wanted it warmer than 72 degrees, it was an upcharge. We negotiated a reduced rate but this was not appreciated. The pool itself was not functional when ...
