The master suite has its own private balcony, and the other two bedrooms share a large balcony that overlooks the pool area.

The villa features a designer staircase with a beautiful chandelier, giving the home a touch of elegance.

For convenience, there is a half bathroom on the main floor and another half bathroom near the pool.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove, microwave, blender, and toaster, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Enjoy the spacious dining and living areas, and a private outdoor terrace with a pool and BBQ area. The pool is professionally cleaned three times a week.
