The Service at the Resort was bad, because when u order a drink at the restaurants mostly u need wait 15 Minutes until more than an 1 hour. The personal was friendly. We gave a ring at the reception but many times no person took the phone. We all got diarrhea and I got an bacterial infect due to the eating in the hotel, which was confirmed by the doctor and hospital. In this way the hygiene in the hotel can't be not good. The accomodation was all right and also the surrounding. But we would not recoomend this resort to other people from europe.

Regarding your perception about our gastronomy offer, we would like to express our stance replying to your version exposed above since health and wellbeing from our guests is a top priority. Our hotel is audited by HS Consulting, a worldwide recognized company that follows the HACCP methodology, Hazard Analysis, and Critical Control Points. This System is being managed on a daily basis to provide a significantly reduced risk from illness caused by food. Therefore, all our consuming products or ingredients are being subject to strict sanitary controls which shows that we our resort is listed as a safe hotel and certified by HS Consulting for its quality and high international standards. Additionally, our F&B Management together with the quality department actively monitors food safety and hygiene during the whole logistic process. Anyway, our quality department will be working on the described details related to your last experience to determine a thorough investigation to guarantee our privileged guests the best quality in our services. In addition, we regret that you were not pleased with the service in certain areas, even though Palladium Hotel Group offers its employees constant service-oriented training and the highest quality standards. nervige Travel Club Mitarbeiter
Das Hotel an und für sich hat uns gut gefallen, die Essensqualität war leider nicht in allen Restaurant's und Buffet's gut. Mittlerer Durchschnitt würde ich sagen. In unserem Upgrade Zimmer mit Poolzugang und Ocean View war es immer sehr nass und feucht, wenn die Klimaanlage nicht lief, der Jacuzzi funktionierte anfangs nicht und der Kühlschrank kühlte auch nicht richtig. Die Zimmer waren definitiv zu teuer für das was geboten wurde. An einem Tag wurde uns ein Zettel an die Türe gehängt, wonach wir ein "Geschenk" abholen könnten an der Reception. Dies stellte sich als FAKE heraus und man wollte uns lediglich für diesen Travel Club gewinnen, man sollte Formulare unterschreiben und mit jemandem Mittagessen gehen. Niemand hat vorher irgendwas davon gesagt, es hiess lediglich, sie können ein Geschenk abholen. Am Schluss wären wir irgendwie 2 Stunden irgendwo bei einem Essen gewesen und hätten uns irgendwas aufschwatzen lassen müssen. Als wir sagten, wir wollten lediglich das Geschenk und danach wieder zum Pool wurde der Mitarbeiter sehr grantig und unfreundlich und liess uns einfach stehen. Wir mussten selber einen "Car" organisieren, der uns wieder in unsere Lobby zurückbrachte. Ungelaublich sowas. Die Anlage ist riesig, man braucht für viele Sachen einen "Car" so eine Art Golfwagen, um von einem Ort zum anderen zum kommen. Der Strand war eigentlich schön, jedoch sehr viel Seegras und ziemliche Wellen, sodas wir die meiste Zeit in unsererm eigenen Pool oder auf dem Gelände waren

I liked that the pool and beach were in close walking proximity. But some of the staff was rude, when we asked for more covers they told us to stop calling. But others were very kind and friendly. The bugs made the food inedible due to the open buffet having open surroundings.

Staff is no good i stayed 4 nights 1st night asked for a simple control to the tv i called 5x they said they would send someone & never did. All the services are lousy, terrible customer service, they force to buy the travel club membership if you don’t accept, they make your stay a nightmare. Don’t give you reservations for the restaurants, lack transportation inside of the hotel, if you need help with anything they don’t take care of you at all, food and beverages are low quality. All the services, rooms and what they offer in their website are a fraud. It is the worst hotel that I have visited. I don’t recommend thia resort.

Tuve muchas quejas y bunca pudieron resolverlas. Lo único bueno es el personal de transportes y la señorita dolores que intentó ayudarme como pudo. En el check in el que me atendió dijo que me había conseguido un upgrade cuando realmente dolores fue la que me lo consiguió desde antes. Lamentablemente ese upgrade no sirvió porque eramls 4 habitaciones y 2 eran de parejas pero nos dieron camas separadas sin poder juntarlas. Además mis suegros de 90 años estuvieron en habitacion en 2do piso cuando ellos no pueden subir. Mi tv falló todos los días. Mi telefono nunca funcionó haata la última noche que vinieron a reparla pero pese a mis quejas de lo demás nunca lo arreglaron:. La tina de mis padres no funcionó. El aire acondicionado sonaba fuertísimo y la ducha tenia el ducto dañado roto y lastimaba los pies. Puse mi queja y nadie nos ayudaba

The check in process was flawless, Natalia Herrera provided an exceptional service. However, Edwin the concierge, didn’t provided all the information regarding the “special breakfast” that he would take us. He did not specified that the breakfast was to take a Palladium Travel Club orientation. We were informed of the orientation once he took us to the travel club. The orientation took more than 2 hours even when we specified that we are not interested, we just wanted to enjoy our vacations. They kept insisting and we had to keep saying that we were not interested. That was an awful experience, because the concierge never specified to us that he was going to take us to an orientation of the travel club. If he had specified that we wouldn’t accept the “special breakfast”. We lost 1/2 vacation day due to that inconvenience. Also, we had a romance suite and the bathroom shower floor was dirty, there were bugs in the bathroom. We reported that the coffee maker was not working and they never replaced it. The room door doesn't work properly, we had issues every day trying to open it. It seems like the door has something that keep t locked. There are cats at the breakfast and dinner buffet, La Cathedral. Food quality and diversity is average.

Check in was delayed over an hour bc our room wasn’t ready. We were appointed a “concierge “ person while we had to wait, who is ultimately someone who will try to push you into a timeshare like breakfast the next day. Just say no! Even though they really don’t give you that choice in the beginning!!When we checked into our room is was dirty, dusty and out dated. The jacuzzi tub was rusty and had green sludge coming from the ports. Dusty dirty light switches, dirty soap holder, dirty floor, open half empty water bottle in our fridge, fridge did not work, tv didn’t work, room felt hot and bed felt moist. We immediately both felt sinus issues after checking in. All of the rooms beside us were updated beside ours. I reached out to change rooms, it took over 24 hrs to hear back and the only option was a room change the night before we left (we were leaving at 0900am) that just didn’t make sense! We asked for our broken fridge to be restocked twice-and nothing!!! Due to late check in on their behalf, we could not make a dinner reservation, they would not accommodate us, so we had the buffet which is sub par at most. The beach was absolutely beautiful and the staff is very friendly. If you do decide to stay, make your dinner reservations as soon as you check in. There are limited reservations and you will not want to be confined to the buffet your whole stay. Overall, this was a huge waste of money, I wanted to make my husbands Birthday special and that just didn’t happen.

This place was amazing ! I went with a group of 13 people and we absolutely loved it . The only thing I would change is the staff’s attitude. Property itself is beautiful. The ocean water is blue and gorgeous. Beaches are cleaned as much as possible. Pools are well kept. The rooms are as advertised and cleaned. One beer option but many good drink options. Prepare to tip for better service. Many options for food but they are mediocre at best. Majority of restaurants are some sort of buffet style even if they advertise them as sit downs. The app sometimes worked when making reservations and if you call to make a reservation it’s a 50/50 chance whether they help you make one. The rooms are very humid but there is nothing you can do about that since that was the weather (we went in May during raining season). What made the resort experience horrible was the travel club members. The minute you check in, they ask to do a welcome breakfast and are very insistent about purchasing a hotel package. We were forced into accepting and the next day they are knocking on your door. They emphasize you can leave whenever; however they trap you. They forced us to sit with them during breakfast which was not pleasant. My fiancé attempted to organize a romantic beachside dinner to propose and he was redirected to the travel club members who were demanding he buy a hotel package or pay cash (which was weird) in order to organize the dinner so he refused. If we would have known this resort forces hotel packages/timeshare presentations we would have not chosen it.

The refrigerator in my room was not working properly. Additionally, the ceiling vent was quite noisy, and there was a leak in the jacuzzi. This leak resulted in a slippery floor, causing me to fall in the bathroom due to the excess water. Furthermore, I was disappointed by the long wait I had to endure in the lobby while requesting a room change. The supervisor I interacted with was also quite rude, which added to my discomfort. Debby finally assisted me fast. Lastly, I found the quality of the food provided during my stay to be below my expectations. I believe that addressing these issues will significantly improve the experience for future guests. Recommendable. Our stay at Grand Palladiumm was excellent. I highly recommend the theme restaurants, Indian, Spanish and Oriental. The beach is very beautiful, the facilities in general are very well maintained. As a point of improvement, apart from the very good things, I can mention the lack of interior lighting in the bathroom and the delay in serving drinks at the buffets, which obviously happens to all guests.

What I didn't like the staff was rude . There was one or 2 that was doung there job and Friendly's . You had to wait to receive water. I think i would go back to this hotel ac wasn't wotk shower kept backing up.

The properly is clean and nice. Is also clean and safe. The worst for me was the transportation service they provide with the golf cars is only good if you are a member if not you feel like a second class guest- this made feel extremely uncomfortable. I had an okay time but i will not return.
