Kann vor der Einreise per Email das Airport Transfer Service reversieren lassen. Service ist sehr gut, Preis wie Essen oder Mini Bar, Spa usw. ist ähnlich wie in Europa.

Unfreundliche Abzocke
Nachdem ich die 4 Tag zuvor im Westin in Hyderabad war, hatte ich denselben Standard und dieselbe Freundlichkeit beim Personal erwartet. Das Gegenteil war der Fall. Während des ganzen Aufenthalts hast eich den Eindruck, dass alle Mitarbeiter darauf getrimmt waren, Geld aus den Gästen rauszuholen. Die Frage, ob es möglich ist zum Büro gebracht zu werden, wurde nicht mit "Ja" oder "Nein" beantwortet, sondern mit der Frage: "Auf welchen Zimmer soll ich das buchen?". Für den dropoff beim Büro (ca 1,5km) wurden 1710 Rupien = 23,70 EUR verlangt. Für ein Bier am Pool am Sonntagnachmittag, musste ich erst los jemand finden, der dann jemand bescheid sagte, dass ich etwas möchte. Das Bier wurde dann auch mürrisch gebracht. Kostenpunkt 7,60 €!!! Lounge Service war quasi nicht vorhanden. Dort gab es tagsüber nur Softdrinks und schlechten Kaffee, das Abendessen war akzeptabl, das Frühstück nicht. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter in der Lounge froh waren, wenn man endlich wieder ging. Im Vergleich zur Lounge im Westin Hyderabad (5*) gibt es hier für die Lounge -0*. Das Standard Frühstücksbuffet war übrigens klasse!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hospitality at The Westin Pune was unparalleled compared with other places where i have stayed in past. The on-prem restaurants were great, specifically the breakfast served with soo many food options. In room services were prompt. The service staff deligently kept the room clean without having to ask for it. The room size was surprisingly bigger and well maintained. While checking out I had requested to extend the check-out time by couple hours as my flight was latter in the night. The service staff promptly agreed to this request even though it was pick time when lot of guests where checking in. Would definitely recommend if anyone who wants excellent stay without any hassle.

When I got into my room, there were peanuts under the bed, meaning the room was not thoroughly cleaned. During my second night, there was a leak from the roof onto my bathroom floor due to the AC unit. To be clear, the staff was super helpful and the issue was resolved swiftly. However, I would've expected to be offered a different room. In general the stay was really good and the staff made all the difference.

I have had most of the hotel staff agree that there were multiple goof ups during my stay; condition of the property is very bad. Please avoid this property. I feel cheated by Marriott for this stay. Would have been more comfortable in a railway lodge I feel.

One of the Best Hotel made by staff working there.

4 star rooms. 3 star staff.
Check in executive seemed to be a fresher and not very professional. Courtesy was lacking from the majority of the staff. Wash basin was in a pathetic end of life condition. Breakfast didn't have fresh orange juice. One of the staff members rudely asked to put on the mask even while going to take food from the buffet in the restaurant. How is that practical! Keep the hotel shut if you are so concerned about Covid that you will provide instructions to paying guests on how to walk around a buffet!

Great staff in an ageing hotel.
Have been a frequent guest at this hotel since it has opened. There is major renovation on going, however the manager Mr.Sushil went out of his way to ensure we were not inconvenienced during our stay and accommodated us in a much better room than what we had booked. Look forward to visiting the Westin again.

Good stay, but....
It was a pleasant stay up until the point that they had a really loud party happening just below our window. The party went on for 4 hours! They’ve got to find a better way to do this rather than inconveniencing paying guests. Another quirk about this hotel is that you have to walk through the main buffet restaurant to get to the pool or walk through the main lobby in your swimwear or towel! Really poor design! Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was nice.

Very good hotel overall but a few issues
Very good hotel and we would definitely stay again. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are attentive and helpful. The breakfast is also fantastic for both Western, Indian and healthy food selections. The rooms are starting to show their age with a few cracks and stains here and there but they are clean and functional with excellent bedding and pillows. The bathroom was excellent and in great condition with a fantastic bath, separate shower and spacious vanity area and sink. The amenities in the room were also first-class. The pool is nice but there was construction going on which meant walking through the restaurant in our swimming gear to get to it. We didn’t mind but some of the diners may have! There was also very loud party on the balcony bar one evening which was deafening even on the 5th floor so we had to change rooms. The cover on our room safe randomly popped open one evening leaving all the valuables exposed. Nothing was taken but it was unsettling nonetheless. All in all a good hotel but a few issues.

Some good, some service needs improvement
TLocation isn’t walking distance to the main Koregaon Park area, except if you have half an hour or more during day time. There are a couple of bars or restaurants on this side, but mostly construction zones. Italian food was terrific. Other travelers seemed like young business types. Staff was hit or miss. Weekend afternoon at the Pool there was no staff. I had to flag down a cleaning lady to get a menu. Then the hotel manager didn’t seem to care when I checked out and they asked for my reviews. Also pool water was very cold, compared to other 5-stars in the neighborhood. hotel entrance is impressive. Now there are so many new hotels in Pune. This one was playing an old intro ad on the TV’s. The plugs all worked and the desk office space was great. The bathrooms were clean. The lobby cafe was good, and staff in the restaurants were also good. They even packed me a to-go box for my evening bus back to Bombay. The views were good, and the hotel is quiet. the other 5-stars in the area have really out-done themselves like JW Marriott or Conrad.

시내에서 탑에는 드는 호텔입다. 조식이 훌륭하구요 ! 특히 베이커리~ 주변에 다른 볼거리는 딱히 없어서 적당히 즐겼습니다. 불편한건 수영장입니다. 기대했지만 호텔에 조그마하게 달린 수영장이라서 사용하지 않았구요~ 조식먹는 식당 바로 앞이더라구요;; 프라이빗을 원하면 다른 호텔은 선택하세오. 매우 친절하고 우버는 부를때 위로 올라오라고 해줘야 옵니다.

Everything is perfect. thwy are very kindely and smile anythime. and breakfast was very very good. ecpecially bakery is delicious!!!!

Pune hotel
The hotel has recently been taken over by the Mariott Group and I found that the service was just not quite as extra as it had been - but it was still quite good. The card readers had major issues and I had to change my room cards on average twice a day but I believe that they were replacing this system. If you get a club room, go and see Arjun in the club! His service was exceptional and he really made me feel welcome! Thanks Arjun. You are fantastic.

Nothing was unique .very poor service.staff behavior was very rude,whenevever i was asking for any service they rudely behave,the card key was not working properly i chnged it like more than 7 times..never seen such type of 5 star hotel in my life..i am very disapointed .nd till now they have not unblocked my 5000 which they took during my check-in time from mu credit card.
