The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is quite convenient. The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. We ate in the hotel restaurant once and the food was really great. Being a woman, I also liked having separate shampoo and conditioner as in most hotels you get a combination of the two. All in all, the stay was quite good. There were only some minor inconveniences. Our room was not cleaned one out of the three days we stayed. We left around noon and there was food leftover from lunch. When we came back after midnight, it was still there. I felt bad having to call for house keeping at 1 AM to collect it and to bring us more shampoo and body wash as we were out. During the stay, there was construction going on right outside the hotel for a new metro which was a little annoying, especially in the evenings because the road leading to the hotel was closed. Other than that, the location is great as it is easy to take a cab or an auto everywhere. Walking distance to SGS mall is 20 minutes.

If you booking this to swim cause it's hot then it's not the right hotel. The pool is design in a way that u can't even swim in length or breadth of the pool. Water issues with staff calling to inform that water will be off from 1pm till 4pm. On the other hand, polite staff during breakfast buffet and even at the reception.

The hotel was in a great location, close to attractions and train services. Two standout staff members, Harpreet in the valet service and Pratik Kadam in the level 8 lounge, provided exceptional customer service. When booking my stay I was advised that my Total would be one price however upon checking in was advised a different price due to additional taxes. The stay at the hotel overall was comfortable, although when asking the staff to change the bedsheets, this was met with dismay. The sheets weren't changed and instead were reversed. I noticed this due to a distinct mark on the sheets, which is why I had originally asked for the sheets to be changed. Breakfast was great, providing you got there before 08:30hrs as after the food quality diminished and the area became crowded. The facilities at the hotel itself were also lacking, the pool was a lot smaller than expected, the wooden decking un even and sunken. The sun loungers were dirty. Not what is expected from a hotel with a 4.5/5 rating. Visiting the onsite spa, booking through the website did not work, however the rooms were clean and the masseuses were friendly. I had utilised room service as well as the snacks within the room towards the start of my stay. The reception desk had informed me that my bill was more than it should be due to taxes. Upon checking out, I was told I had been over charged. A card refund was not possible and instead received a cash return in Indian rupees. I would not rush back.

We booked the place for 9 days and had to ask 5 times to get a refrigerator that is so basic. The first four requests were ignored because there was a wedding they were busy with and we were polite in our requests. We finally got it when we yelled. That works here! Basically, to service the wedding folks, they removed stuff from our room, including the safe.

２泊で予約したが、スタッフが把握していなかった。チェックインの時２泊だと伝えたが、２泊目の朝、チェックアウトは何時にするのか？と聞かれた。　ランチの会計時にお釣りを誤魔化された。スタッフと責任者に指摘したが、謝罪無し。次の日スタッフから謝罪はあったが、責任者からの謝罪無し。洗面台の栓が動かず、水が溜まりっぱなしになった。朝食は冷めていて不味かった。種類も少なかった。部屋が暗い。部屋に筆記用具が無い。チェックアウトの時、カウンターの一部が濡れていて書類が濡れてしまった。チェクインの時、携帯の充電器を貸してくれたスタッフは良かった。

I have stayed multiple times at the property and had a positive experience. The staff is helpful and responsive. The property is clean and located in a center location near Railway station and city center. However, this time we felt the quality was a bit low. The rooms were equipped with toiletries for 1 person for room booked for 2 people. The inroom dining options need a lot of improvement, the options are less, quality of food is bad - we ordered dosa and got watery sambar with it.

Smelly and dirty, I do not recommend this hotel.
The hotel was dirty and stinky, there was a cockroaches in the menu card that was given to us. We were a family of 4 and did not enjoy our stay due to smell and hygiene issues.

Was lucky enough to get an upgrade, however the property itself isn’t in great shape. The rooms in particular are beginning to show a lot of rough edge and is not the quality you would expect for a Crowne property.
