NOTICE • Quiet hours in the common areas are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am daily. • Proper attire (shirts and footwear) is required in the lobby and elevator. No person may walk around naked or topless. • Do not produce noises, sounds, disturbances, or odors that may disturb the tranquility of the Condominium. • Garbage is to be deposited in the garbage room located in the indoor parking area in closed bags, with glass items kept separated. • Pets must be leashed and accompanied by their owner (adult) in public areas at all times. No pets are allowed on the rooftop. • Owners are responsible for following and sharing with their family members, lessees and tenants, and visitors, all Pet restrictions in Article 2, Section XXVIII of the Regulations, if they allow pets in their unit. • No activity that is dangerous, unhealthy, or annoying may be carried out. • No personal objects may be left outside the unit in the passageways • No clothes, sheets, towels, rugs, etc. may be hung on the balcony railings • No live music or high-volume sound equipment that may cause a nuisance is allowed in the units or in the common areas. • Do not put flammable, greasy, or corrosive liquids down the drains. • Do not use parking spaces owned by others. • Do not introduce into the Condominium any substances, products, or instruments that may endanger the healthy co-existence of the Condominium, and which are prohibited by law.

Rules for the Pool Area
General 1. Private use of the pool is prohibited. 2. Pool hours are from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm from Monday to Sunday. 3. Children under 16 years old must be supervised and monitored by an adult. 4. There is no lifeguard; therefore, use of the pool is at your own risk. 5. Music is allowed at levels that are not a nuisance to other users of the common areas. In the event that music is annoying to the people who share the area, the administrator will request that you lower the volume level or turn off the music and/or use headphones. 6. The administrator will not be responsible for forgotten items. 7. Shower before entering the pool, to remove creams, oils, ointments, sand, etc., in order to protect the state and health of the water. 8. Personal items left unattended on a pool chair or lounger may be carefully set aside after thirty minutes for the Administration to collect.
It is PROHIBITED to: 1. Make bonfires or hold open-air after-hours parties 2. Introduce drinks and food into the pool. 3. Run near the pool area. 4. Perform your physiological needs (urinate, defecate, etc.) inside the pool. 5. Throw garbage into the pool. 6. Enter with inappropriate clothing (pants, dress, shorts, etc.). 7. Use the pool outside the permitted hours. 8. Use by persons who suffer from any skin disease or contagious disease. 9. Introduce glass objects into the pool area. 10. Play any ball game. 11. Smoke or vape any substance in the common use areas anywhere in the building. 12. Move lounge chairs, armchairs, umbrellas, tables, etc. 13. Walk around naked or topless. 14. Bring pets to the rooftop terrace.
Obligatory The use of appropriate clothing (swimsuit) applies to adults and children: babies will need to use a special diaper for the pool.
GYM RULES 1. Hours of use of the GYM are from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm from Monday to Sunday. 2. You must wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear when entering. 3. You must use a hand towel to wipe sweat on the equipment. 4. You may not enter or remain shirtless in the gym area for any reason. 5. Do not bring food into the area; if you need a drink, bring it in a plastic container. 6. Do not play or run within the area. 7. Respect and take care of the area at all times. 8. Minors under 18 years of age are not allowed to access the gym area. 9. Each user is responsible for accidents or injuries due to misuse of the equipment and for any economic consequences that result. 10. In order to use the gym, it is your responsibility to know and verify your state of health, which will indicate if you are fit to exercise. 11. You may not drop, throw, or remove gym equipment. 12. The use of speakers is not permitted; only equipment with personal headphones must be used. 13. At the end of their routine, each user must turn off the air conditioning as well as clean and put the equipment used back in place, as a courtesy to the next user.
