Flexible Payment Schedule

Book 60+ days in advance: Only the VRBO service fee is due at booking. The remaining balance (nightly rate, taxes, and fees) is automatically collected 59 days before arrival.

Book within 60 days of arrival: The full amount (including service fee) is due at the time of booking.

Example: Reserve 6 months ahead and pay only the service fee today. The balance will not be due until 59 days before your stay.
