Miguel’s Mirador (1BR) and Iván’s Bella Vista (2BR), offering the full top floor with two private balconies and panoramic views of Banderas Bay.
The space
Inside the Penthouse, floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to sweeping vistas where you can watch whale migrations in winter, sunsets year-round, and nightly fireworks over the bay. Each bedroom includes a king bed with luxury linens and an ensuite bathroom with
rainfall shower and premium toiletries. The open-concept living and dining area flows into a full kitchen—perfect for relaxed meals, entertaining, or working remotely with high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 1 Gbps + backup). The master bedroom (Miguel's Mirador) has
its own large ocean facing balcony with lounge seating, private hammock, and private entrance via its own spiral staircase to the main level below. The Penthouse's other large ocean facing balcony offers a wonderful outdoor seating area and small dining table
for 4. The Penthouse is one of up to four private residences that make up Villa Amistad. Each has its own private entrance and living space, offering a perfect blend of privacy and boutique-style amenities. Guests enjoy access to Villa Amistad’s shared amenities,
including the heated saltwater pool with ocean views, two shared terraces, honor bar, BBQ grill, purified water throughout the property, and daily housekeeping (Mon–Sat). A bilingual digital guidebook is included with complete information about the villa,
curated dining recommendations, activities, request in-house massages, and information about our concierge service to assist with arranging airport transfer options, chef services, tours, and more. Located in El Cerro, Puerto Vallarta’s original hillside neighborhood,
it’s just a 5-minute walk to the Malecón and 10–20 minutes to beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and art galleries. The hill is moderate—Ubers and taxis are readily available if you prefer not to walk. IMPORTANT NOTES - Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

accidental damage up to $500. - Security Deposit: A $400 USD credit or debit card authorization hold is placed within 48 hours of check-in to cover any potential damages or outstanding balances during your stay. This is not a charge, and the hold is automatically

Guest access
Parking and drop-offs Guests can drive up to the house to drop off luggage. While parking isn’t allowed in the alley, street parking is available nearby on adjacent streets. Guests and friends have never had an issue with their cars.
The neighborhood
Villa Amistad is located in El Cerro, one of Puerto Vallarta’s original hillside neighborhoods overlooking Banderas Bay. Our small cobblestone alley is home to long-time Mexican families, many single middle-aged to older women, and a few gay men — a close-knit
community where neighbors know each other and look out for one another. It feels authentic, lived-in, and safe. Guests love staying here because they can enjoy the energy of the city, then return to a peaceful, local neighborhood that still feels genuinely
Mexican.
Getting around
The Romantic Zone, Centro, and 5 de Diciembre neighborhoods are all within walking distance—most places are 5–25 minutes away on foot. The hill up to the villa is moderate; guests who prefer not to walk are welcome to use the many Ubers and taxis readily available
and affordable in this area. Local buses run along the main roads below and cost 10 pesos (exact change required).

Families with children are welcome, but please note the villa is not childproof. There is an unfenced pool, open stairs, low railings, and breakable artwork and pottery. No children’s furniture or toys are provided. We encourage parents to reach out before
booking if they have questions to ensure the villa is a good fit.
