🚫 ROOFTOP POOL CLOSED: Please note that the rooftop pool will be closed from June 6 through the firts week of August due to scheduled maintenance. This timeline may be extended depending on the progress of the work. Additionally, the jacuzzi, bar, and BBQ area will be out of service during this period. The garden pool, gym, and garden snack bar will remain open and available for guest use as usual. Rates have already been adjusted to reflect the temporary closure.

The bedroom area features a luxurious king-size bed and a state-of-the-art smart TV, ensuring a restful night's sleep and entertainment at your fingertips. A sliding curtain separates the bed from the rest of the unit for added privacy.

KITCHEN
The sleek and fully-equipped kitchen invites you to whip up delicious meals with ease. Complete with modern amenities such as a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, cooking here is a breeze. Gather around the kitchen bar with seating for three and enjoy a casual meal or a quick snack.

LIVING AREA

Other things to note
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.

Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
