CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:
Cancellation: Reservations may be canceled free of charge until 11:59 PM (local hotel time) at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled arrival.
Cancellations made after this time will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking cost.
No-Shows: The same penalty will apply for all no-show reservation.
