The entire 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is your own private space. Also enjoy the shared community amenities such as the 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, outdoor shower, swim up bar, gym, palapas (thatch umbrellas) on the beach, Ramon's Restaurant, community coffee shop, an on-site convenience store, and tennis courts. We even provide tennis rackets you are welcome to use!

You are allowed to bring your own drinks (including alcoholic) to the pool. Please ensure they are in plastic cups or aluminum cans as glass is not allowed at the pool.

We are located on the 8th floor, in the West building.

I live in the Phoenix area but have colleagues in town to tend to maintenance, should an issue arise.

Our Sonoran Sea HOA requires that at least one guest in the party must be 25 years old or older. This is an HOA enforced rule. Because of this, there is zero flexibility regarding this particular rule. I am unable to make special considerations in allowing guests under 25 to rent.

A car is highly recommended. Taxi's are often available right outside of the community gates, should you like to taxi to/from the Malecon.

Please note that the front desk charges a $15 fee to issue resorts wristbands to your group. These are required and is a one time charge for the group (not per person).

Drinking water is not provided. Guests need to provide their own.
