  • Paradise Villas # 10 ist ein zweieinhalb Schlafzimmer, zwei ein WC, zweistöckigen Reihenhaus - das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, Dekokamin, Bad und Terrasse mit Meerblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Betten und Bad. Dritte Halb Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit einem Doppelbett. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster und Mikrowelle. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein Swimmingpool, Zentralheizung und Klimaanlage, CD-Player und einen Flachbild-TV mit Satelliten. Eigentümer fordert Kein Rauchen im Haus und keine Haustiere. Bettwäsche und ein Satz Handtücher werden gestellt. 2 Nächte Minimum während der Woche; Mindestens 3 Nächte am Wochenende im März, April, Mai und Oktober und allen Feiertagen.

The property was very clean and quiet. The Beach view was fantastic. Check-in was fast and easy and they were very helpful and even gave us ideas for things to do. 10/10 will be coming back. Thank you, Océano rentals.

Love the area it was very quiet and not crowded like the resorts. The pool was nice my kids really enjoyed it and the beach is right there so the view was beautiful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to have a more peaceful vacation!

This home beyond met our expectations! Only a few steps to the pool and a few extra steps to the ocean was perfect for our family! The home is older but kept up well! We felt right at home. It was spacious and comfortable. Having children ranging from 6-18, all of them enjoyed the pool and ocean views. The parents loved the easy access to the pool and the ocean. The patio both downstairs and upstairs (master bedroom) had a perfect view of the ocean which made our ocean view family breakfasts one our favorite memories! Everything was well stocked, many towels, extra linens, adequate toilet paper and hand soaps! Beds and bedding were all very comfortable. We enjoyed everything about tour stay, there were no issues and the communication prior to check in was fantastic! Paradise Villas is our families new favorite location. (We have stayed in many areas of Rocky Point over the years)

Peace Place

This is a very Nice place to stay, beautifull mornings and nights, very peacefull place, My kids had the beach and pool for them selfs, we enjoyd it very much, needs a deep cleaning, so that You can feel more confortable using and touching everithing, but other then that we really recomended, specialy if You like to spend time in a quiete and peacefull place.

This property was Amazing!! The view was Absolutely Stunning!! We were so close to the water and were able to set up a canopy on the beach and enjoy all of the vendors that sell up and down the beach. The beds were comfortable. Only one complaint…not much hot water for showers. We really couldn’t get any water hotter than luke warm. But, it was a small price to pay for the Beauty and accessibility of this place. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home - Remote Location

We couldn’t ask for a better stay. The house was beautiful. The upstairs rooms were large. The downstairs room was very tiny with no window. It was great to have the pool and ocean available. Concierge service was very helpful in planning tours.The location was remote, but not too far from the city to deter us from coming back. The living space is small and there isn’t a kitchen table or space to sit and play games. Everything else was amazing.

Great Property at a great price

Overall my friends and I very much enjoyed this property. I personally though it was nicer on the inside than the pictures let on. Playa Encanto is a relatively emptier beach than Sandy Beach so the peacefulness was very nice. The price for this place was unbeatable for what you got. Make sure you bring your own drinking water and toiletries as this is not a resort and they only provide hand soap.

Great property for the price, but some details need attention

Beach front townhome for a great price, but some of the lights weren't working and the beds were marginal. If you're super picky maybe this place isn't for you, but if you're looking for a clean beach front unit at a reasonable price, this could be a winner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa right on the beach was perfect for a low-key family vacation. We could go back and forth between the beach and the pool. Then we could come back to the villa and enjoy the AC and a shower to rinse off all of the sand. The villa was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were in good condition. I would highly recommend!

Nice stay

Check-in was easy and room was clean. The beach was private and quiet. Loved the peacefulness there. However, they had a hurricane weeks prior to our arrival and the place was infested with mosquitos because of the marsh land behind the property. It made it difficult to enjoy the pool (nice and heated pool) or much time outside. The TV didnt work but we didnt mind. Overall, if you want a nice quiet place with a private beach and relatively empty pool, this is the place for you! Just be mindful of the rainy season as the marsh land does breed A LOT of mosquitos.

Great location

Everything was great except the refrigerator was not working properly. Water was puddling beneath it and it was not as cold as it needed to be to keep food cold and good. Luckily we had a friend in another suite that let us keep the food with them.
