„The apartment is great and pretty central to Play del Carmen but we had issues with the noise - two buildings next door were being in construction and bars nearby blared music till around 1 am. Big props to Jose who's very nice and prompt responding to any requests - our 5 gal water dispenser bottle cracked at 11 pm and he promptly came to change it (the water dispenser option is a great feature in itself for foreign clients not wanting to drink the local tap water).“

„Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Over all we would not hesitate to rent again because of the view & location.“

„Beautiful balcony to relax on and enjoy the fabulous view. Everything we needed was there, the lagoon is great for kayaking and swimming, and the owner was a delight. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely go back. We enjoyed outings to nearby Yal Ku for snorkeling and Xpu Ha beach where the locals go. A day trip to the ruins and cenotes at Coba was worth the journey, and the shrimp tacos at Kaab Hotel in Coba were the best we've ever had.“

"Hervorragendes Essen, sehr gute Animationen und eine wunderschöne Anlage. Das einzige Negative das wir sagen können: - Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist laut, kühlt die Luft aber trocknet sie nicht wirklich, somit war es im Zimmer stets feucht. - Keine Siphon in der Dusche, starke Gerüche im Zimmer. - Die "Bellboys" waren nicht sehr freundlich. Zudem standen unsere Koffer nach Zimmerabgabe und Abgabe der Koffer an die "Bellboys" mehrere Stunden in der vollen Sonne. Somit waren Inhalt und Produkte gekocht und geschmolzen. Der Bellboy hat das nicht wirklich interessiert, als wir ihn darauf angesprochen haben. Unsere Medikamente mussten wir danach wegwerfen. Ansonsten war alles hervorragend und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden wieder buchen und das Hotel sicher weiterempfehlen."
