„We loved our tiny house for 3 nights. The one missing item was a desk in the upstairs. Both my husband and I needed to work remotely each morning and this caused me to need to go to the Adirondack room. it was lovely but my work could have been better aligned with a desk upstairs. my husband sat on the sofa. We hope to return with our other 2 adult children too. Location was great to get to sites in the region. thanks.“

„Came here with 7 ladies for a bachelorette and we had the best time. It is such a great location with so many things in close driving distance. The home was absolutely beautiful and clean. The only complaint we had was the kitchen lacking some necessary items like a colander and an additional baking sheet. Other than that we had 0 complaints! Would definitely stay again. “

„This cottage is a pleasant retreat from the hectic day to day life. No television but pleasant evening music is more than enough. Morning sun is glorious rising through the trees. You are surrounded by ice cream shops, farmers markets, song birds. The town won't let you use their beaches, so the state beach is your best choice. Go and enjoy!“

„We spent pleasant relaxing days in the cottage which is well furnished and decorated. The house is light, clean and located in a very peaceful area. Unfortunately we could not use the large and beautiful terrace because of bad and rainy weather. Nearby at the beginning of Narragansett are a few shops and a supermarket where you can buy whatever you need. We loved the location and enyoyed it. We can recommend this holiday cottage.“

„We loved our stay at this cottage. The 2 bedrooms are cozy and we were glad to have the extra 1/2 bath. Very comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to book again. We appreciated the use of the washer dryer. Those machines are often not great at rentals, but this was a fine set! I even put the puzzle together and we enjoyed the provided board games. The river is nice to sit and enjoy.“

„We stayed for 4 nights in September. The cottage was just as advertised and we were very comfortable. Lynn was very responsive to questions. The kitchen was stocked incredibly well and anything we needed was available. The location was perfect since it was only about 1 mile to the Cliff Walk, 2 to downtown Newport and very close to the nature preserve. Thank you for letting us stay in the cottage for our Newport visit!“
