The Space:
Sunsets, drinks, and good vibes. Take it easy in this 3rd-floor, 1,200 sq ft penthouse located in the Bright Settlement and Turtle Cove area of Turks and Caicos. Staying here, you’ll only be about a 10-minute walk from Smith Reef Beach, which is a great snorkeling spot! Though you’re just a short stroll from the coast, you don’t have to venture far as the complex has 2 pools, a shallow and a deep one, with some lounge chairs where you can lay back, relax, and enjoy the vacation you deserve!

This 1-bedroom is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a group of 3 looking for an amazing tropical beach getaway. When you need to unwind at the end of the day, there’s a bright and spacious sitting area with a cozy sofa and a Smart TV that can connect to your own streaming accounts. Just next to the sitting area are floor-to-ceiling glass doors that give access to the balcony, where you have cushioned chairs, a gas BBQ, and a dining table where you can enjoy your homemade creations.

There’s nothing more convenient than having a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and accessories you’d need to prepare any meal of the day, plus a washing machine on hand if you need to refresh some clothes. In the hall, you’ll find a laptop-friendly desk and chair in case you need to do some business or even check your emails during your vacation.

When it’s time to rest and recharge, there’s a beautiful bedroom with a queen bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite full bath. To ensure your comfort, there’s air conditioning and room-darkening curtains. In the case that you need to accommodate a 3rd guest, the sofa can pull out to a single person bed. The sofa bed is not your traditional sofa bed. It can only sleep 1 person.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the penthouse and communal amenities.

The Neighborhood:
Visitors to the area can enjoy a variety of water activities, such as snorkeling, diving, and deep-sea fishing, with opportunities to encounter sea turtles and explore colorful coral reefs. The area boasts waterfront restaurants serving delicious seafood dishes and refreshing drinks, perfect for soaking in the island's laid-back atmosphere. Turtle Cove is also home to boutique shops, spas, and hiking trails, providing plenty of options for relaxation and exploration amidst its natural beauty.

Getting Around:
Pelican Beach and Providenciales Beach is just a 16-minute drive from the property.

The property is approximately 3.6 miles (5.8 km) from Providenciales International Airport (PLS).
Guests have free parking on the premises in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended, especially if you like to get out and explore and want to see more of the gorgeous island of Providenciales. A car is optimal as there is no organized public transportation on the islands.

Other Things to Note:
There is an onsite construction until further notice. Construction hours are scheduled from Monday to Saturday, starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m.

Due to the high cost of electricity on the island, you will receive an allowance of $30 per day; if you exceed that daily limit, then you would need to pay the difference based on the electricity meter.

Guests must climb stairs.

There is no daily housekeeping, but one can be arranged for an additional fee. There’s a mandatory cleaning for stays longer than 12 nights that can be arranged during the check-in.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please note that any damaged linen or towels will have an extra cost, take good care of them.

Interaction with Guests:
Someone will meet you upon your arrival to check you in. Please advise us at least 24 hours before your approximate arrival.
