Side Note- The property to the west has been a vacant lot, but as of 10/23, construction has begun to take place by the Hyatt Hotel Group for the Andaz Hotel. This will take from 18-24 months to complete. Given the normal wind flow, we expect minimal impact on guest visits with regards to noise or dust as the wind normally carries both away from Coral Gardens. Our unit is the FURTHEST in the building from this (see photo with heart over our unit). If you have any concerns before booking, please reach out. However, this construction should mostly not be an issue at all.

Our recently remodeled Condominium affords a sophisticated retreat just steps from the ocean with all the necessary amenities and comforts to make your stay a memorable one. With floor to ceiling retractable doors, this 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath ocean-front condominium is just steps away from the beach.
The condo features a king-sized bed (with en-suite bathroom) and a pull-out queen sofa, which together can comfortably accommodate four. There is a washer/dryer in the condo as well as a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, coffee pot and dishwasher. If you choose to eat some of your meals in, you can enjoy dining on the patio during amazing sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with all the pans, pots, silverware, plates, and amenities necessary. With the grocery store just 1.3 miles away, stocking up on food necessities is easy and convenient.

Housekeeping services are provided every other day during your stay for a good balance of privacy and cleanliness, however if you ever need something the onsite staff are very helpful and accommodating.
Also included are beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas While the beach front is open to the public, these amenities are reserved for our Guests only. You're guaranteed the best seat on the beach.
