The Neighborhood:
Located in the area known as Providenciales, you'll enjoy close proximity to the beach and all the vibrant activities this popular area has to offer. You’ll be within 10 minutes or less driving to the best beaches -
The Shore Club Beach, Grace Bay Beach, and Long Bay Beach. A leisurely stroll will take you to a variety of great dining options. For those who love nightlife, numerous venues await where you can dance the night away. Additionally, you'll have easy access to restaurants, beaches, tour operators, and various parts of the island. If water sports are your passion, you'll find a diverse range of activities, including snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, freediving, fishing, kiteboarding, sailing, wakeboarding, and more, all nearby!

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km or 7.5 miles from the Providenciales International Airport. A rental car is recommended, and there is parking space for 2 cars.

Other Things to Note:
There is no daily house cleaning. For stays of 7 nights or longer, there is a complimentary mid-stay clean.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $800 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please provide your flight number, arrival, and departure times immediately after booking, or as soon as these details are available, to help us prepare for your visit.

Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.

Interaction with Guests:
Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior. Upon arrival at the villa, the local management team will greet you, show you around the property, and provide you with wonderful local tips and suggestions to get your vacation off to a fantastic start.
