„Poor maintenance and cleanliness. Very limited facilities, and the property is managed by only one elderly person, making service slow and inconsistent. The stay did not match the expectations created by the listing. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.“

„Sehr schönea Hotel! Super Mitarbeiter. Leckeres Frühastück. & zentral!“

„Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. close to the city. 10min walk“

„Sehr freundlicher Service und extrem hilfsbereit. Kleines Zimmer, aber okay. Bad okay. Frühstück super umfangreich und richtig georgisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder. “

„Great place“

„Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gatgeberin. Lage perfekt für Citytrip. Sehr sauber, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das alles zum fairen Preis. Nix zu meckern :-)“

„Hotel Casa Calda was a nice, accomodating, place to stay in Kutaisi, about 15 minutes walking from the city center.“

„Nice place and friendly hosts. The location is nice, but not a 10 minute walk to the old town like someone else wrote. It is about 20 minutes. I liked the place, but there is little soundproofing, though the streets are quiet around 10 PM. There was no mini fridge and no bidet (which was indicated on the page). But all in all, nice! Good breakfast though it starts a bit late at 8, but they literally cook it on the spot so it is fresh! And lovely homemade jams and spreads.“

„Empfehlenswert , Immer wieder sehr gerne “
