The food in the restaurant and ar the breakfast buffet is great.
Its located next to multiple shopping areas and a huge second hand market which is pretty nice.
But its located next to a main road and the windows are not very sound isolating, so it can get pretty loud in the room, also the AC is pretty loud, so i had to turn it off during the night in order to sleep“

„Grow Residence is a nice 2* property near the MRT Pink Line elevated monorail. Walk 5 minutes to Nopparot stop (hospital is at Nopparot) and ride one stop to Fashion Island a very large shopping mall.

„Booked a family room with living room, was shocked the living room is open to all only lockable when u are in the room. Only way was to lock the rooms doors. 1 of the bedroom basin tap not working. Had cold water shower as the water heater malfunctioning too. Standing fan in living went dead in 30 mins. Overall cleanliness was acceptable level only. No help with luggage u have to carry it yourself. Only great was alot of street food and located near airport. Well lucky all aircon was working. ...

"Wir waren für eine Nacht da, weil wir am nächsten Tag schnell zum Flughafen wollten. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen und wurden positiv überrascht. Vorallem das Personal war sehr nett und hat sofort reagiert, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Unseren Checkout konnten wir problemlos um 4 Stunden verlängern (100 Bath/h). Auch ein Shuttle zum Flughafen wurde organisiert. Essen, Bett, Bad und Zimmer ... es war alles total i.O.

"Perfect hotel for a night between two flights. The free shuttle worked very well and took only ten minutes. The rooms are very modern and specious. The pool area is like a little oasis close to the airport. It is a bit nosy in the room due to the road but it was ok. Would definitely book again and recommend."
"We had a nice stay. We liked the breakfast, gym and pool on the rooftop. Unfortunately, only one elevator of the three was working. There is no airconditioning in the elevator. Bar is only open till 22:00 :( Our rooma was clean and nice. "

"Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick sehr luxuriös und überwältigend. Das war auch bestimmt mal vor 30 Jahren so, seitdem hat sich an der Einrichtung nicht mehr viel geändert, zumindest was die Zimmer (Standard Doppelzimmer mit Kingsize Bett)deren Sanitärbereich und die Poolanlage angeht.
Btw der Sanitärbereich im Zimmer ist dieses Hauses nicht würdig um nicht zu sagen unter aller Sau! Die Einrichtung des Bades ist aus den frühen 90ern. Holztüren, Einrichtungselemente sowie Bad Accessoires sind ebenso seit den 90ern nicht mehr gewechselt worden und sehen entsprechend angegriffen aus. Es gibt leidlich eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und einer festen Duschbrause, die aus der Vorkriegszeit stammen muss. Sowas hab ich seit Jahren nicht mehr gesehen. Auch nicht in Asien.
Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr groß und hat sehr große Fenster, das ist ein Pluspunkt. Allerdings befindet sich das Hotel an einer viel befahrenen Straße und direkt vor der Tür ist eine Großbaustelle, sie können sich den Lärm vorstellen. Apropos Lärm, wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Zugangstür zum Nebenzimmer, welche verschlossen war. Die arabische oder indische Familie von nebenan konnten wir leider nicht verstehe dafür umso lauter bis nachts hören.
Das Personal ist kinderfreundlich und zuvorkommend.
Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, zumindest in unserem Fall, dass man sich von dem ersten Eindruck des Hotels nicht täuschen lassen sollte. Bei genauerem hinsehen, ist es höchstens Mittelklasse im teilen sogar darunter."
"Sehr sauberes Hotel mit großen deluxe Zimmern incl. Frühstück. Das Buffet ist durchschnittlich mit einer Ausnahme, es gibt frisch zubereitetes leckeres Sushi.
Zimmer bietet AC,safe,hot shower,ThaiTV ,kleinen Schreibtisch und ein großes bequemes kingsizebett. Die AC lässt sich gut regulieren und bläst nicht direkt auf das Bett.
Der einzige kleine Haken ist, das man keinen pick up erhält sondern "nur" noch einen drop off transfer zum Durchgang vom alten Bahnhof zum Flughafen erhält, und diesen auch nur bis spätestens 12:00 mittags stündlich. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber das sollte man wissen.
Der Taxifahrer hat uns nicht zum Hotel gebracht vom neuen Hauptbahnhof, Krung Thep Aphiwat, sondern auch da am Durchgang ausgesetzt, zu Fuß zum Hotel isz es aber zu weit mit Gepäck."
