Located in Proissans, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, 15 minutes from the LASCAUX caves and 5 minutes from the medieval city of Sarlat, in a charming, quiet little town. It is a completely independent stone house in a fully enclosed wooded and flowered park.
The large bay windows open onto the terrace and the swimming pool (11x5) available exclusively to tenants.
You will find in the village: butcher, delicatessen, bakery-pastry shop, bar-restaurant, farmers market, car garage.

Location is very rural and we had all messages and requests ignored. Pool too cold to use and school next door very noisy. Basic facilities and a bed fit for the bin only

Lovely Retreat
A beautiful property with a superb swimming pool. Very quiet, yet a few kilometers from Sarlat. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful week.

Précision sur la location
L'annonce est trompeuse. 1- Il n'y a pas de chambre comme indiqué. C'est une grande pièce de 40m², qui fait cuisine, salle à manger, salon et chambre. 2- Il n'y a pas de WIFI, et il y en a jamais eu. Comme l'indique depuis 2020 les locataires sur le "Livre d'or".

Agréable location
Bon accueil accompagné de produits locaux. Location très propre et bien équipée. Agréable jardin bien clôturé et sécurisé pour notre petit animal et notre véhicule. Les propriétaires sont présents mais très discrets. La piscine reste la pièce maîtresse de cette location pour un séjour au calme dans cette jolie région. Dommage pour l’absence de wifi. A conseiller.

Magnifique,calme,joli,belle piscine mais...voir ci-dessous
Pratiquement rien à dire sauf que,sur l'annonce il est noté chambre avec lit..faux!c'est 1 mezzanine et en plus c'était condamné par la propriétaire car danger pour enfants.pas de lit,c'est 1 canapé. L'annonce était mensongère !

Qu'est ce qu'on était bien... :-)
Cette semaine du 28 août passée chez vous a été pour nous reposant et serein. Cette magnifique bâtisse de pierre.. ce coin avec piscine, sans vis-à-vis, cette petite maison avec tout le confort souhaité.. Ce jardin totalement clos pour notre chien... Un accueil d'Aurore très agréable et disponible et les petites attentions du propriétaire avec lesquels nous nous sommes régalés... Que dire de plus à part "n'hésitez pas !!".

Fantastique ! Une perle.
Seconde année consécutive que nous prenons cette location, dans cette belle propriété décorée avec goût, fleurie, avec cette belle piscine au milieu d’un écrin de verdure. On s’y sent bien !… Et quel accueil de la part d’Aurore d’abord, puis de Madame et Monsieur Durand ! Location au calme et bien placée, idéale pour rayonner et découvrir de jolis sites aux alentours. Proche de Sarlat. Nous avons adore notre séjour ! Encore merci.
