„The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive:

The bed sheets needs complete overhaul as they have holes in and stains that are un removable room we stayed in did not have fridge so was disappointing
Shower room was good with good water flow and clean condition
Towels also has stains and need new ones provided

"A really good located hotel in “Marine Lines”, which means, that you have an easy way to it (Churchgate Station is around). The hotel staff was really good and always did everything for a smooth & relaxing stay.
Only thing that could be better, is that the bathroom needs a renovation.
All in all, I would choose this hotel again because of its value for money, included breakfast and friendly staff."
