We had a ground floor superior room and it had a little terrace outside with patio doors and a chair and table. The grounds of the hotel are so lovely and beautiful. It is a 5 minute drive from Sheringham and was the perfect base for a Norfolk trip. “

Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did!
